- $395 per hour for emailing
- $395 per hour for zoom conferences

I see it hasn't been updated since August of 2023. I doubt they've quit billing, so I wonder how high those statements were. So much for transparency, although I wonder how much they'd charge to update the site.
In the last days of Rome, anyone who could did everything they could to loot the treasury and enrich themselves. The parallels are unmistakable.
Public sector bureaucrats are the absolutely most useless thieves ever to stain human history. Literally all their effort is put into stealing every last nickel they can from the treasury of the city/county/state/federal government they are paid by ( I didn't say "work for" because they do zero work ). Not only do teachers, bureaucrats, NGOs etc...etc... not only do nothing productive, but they actively are engaged in destroying the country we were gifted by those that came before us.

I have been told Maggie Hickey’s law firm bills the city over 3 million dollars annually. There is no incentive to wrap this up. It is a cash cow for her and her peeps. They have created another bureaucracy with high paying jobs for the political and legal class. Making big money for her firm, getting an equity partnership and a corner office. And when Maggie and her friends sit at the Ritz Carlton sipping Martinis 🍸, they laugh at us. We are the Serfs and they are the Lords.

And why do you think nothing is purposely accomplished during these zoom meetings? They meet with CPD, go in circles about whatever topic they’re discussing then schedule another meeting to discuss the same nonsense and go in circles again.
Chicago has been under a consent decree since 2019 and they budget $25 million dollars a year to pay for it.
Seattle has been under a consent decree since 2012 and they have paid close to 120 million dollars since that time.
Cleveland has been under a consent decree since 2014 and their costs have topped 100 million dollars.
Newark has been under a consent decree since 2016 and they have paid close to 60 million dollars.
Baltimore has been under a consent decree since 2017 and reports indicate they pay approximately 8 million dollars each year. Their city budget lists the Compliance Bureau at 38 million dollars a year.
New Orleans has been under a consent decree since 2012 and they budget 8 million dollars a year.
Albuquerque has been under a consent decree since 2015 and it is estimated that they have spent close to 40 million dollars.
The whole thing is just a grift. These consent decrees are designed to never end, as soon as the Dept’s get closer to meeting the objectives the goal post just gets moved.
I’ve learned throughout my career that virtually no one really gives a fuck about the police and police oversight. All of this is bull shit and is set up to make the friends and family of politicians money.
Why do you think we are always at the forefront of criticism? Scum bag lawyers, consent decree monitors etc, it's never been about accountability, it's about justifying billable hours!!!

There is a Science Fiction book series by Christopher Nuttall; A Learning Experience. So far in 7 volumes. It starts out with stupid aliens kidnapping a group of recently retired Tier One special forces operators. They kill everyone on board the alien star ship and take it over. They decide to form a planetary civilization free of the crap holes in the United States they have been putting up with. You can read the detailed reason for this in the books. The parts of these books that is disturbingly prophetic is the introduction of each chapter. In these brief descriptions Nuttall describes the breakdown of the United States, and the rest of the world as people do what is happening today in places like California were those that can are leaving. In this case to a free planetary society. This planetary Government is also completely believable. This Planetary society guarantees the right of people to leave Earth, with overwhelming deadly force if necessary. It is hard for a government to screw over people who can tell them to eat shit and go bark at the moon and leave the planet.

They came into the new Academy when the actual professional police were there that were contracted and they came in there and watched us for a short time said what a great job we did. I’m sure they left with a hefty paycheck. Just think , back when you could be a sergeant without a high school diploma, the police officer had to score in the high 80% in order to receive a promotion.
