New details have emerged about a South Side shooting earlier this that injured a 13-year-old girl.
Chicago police say the girl was trying to steal a car when she was shot.
The shooting happened Tuesday around 7:49 a.m. in the 8200-block of South Commercial Avenue in the South Chicago neighborhood.
According to police, a woman fired her gun at the girl and a 14-year-old boy when they tried to take her SUV.
We see a few dozen more of these, maybe a hundred or so, and Chicago will start seeing some real crime reductions.
Bigger reductions than what Crimesha, Conehead, Fata$$, Prickwrinkle, and Evans have planned, that's for sure.

No one, I mean, no one who ever drove a motor vehicle in chicago ever had a puncture free drivers license.

Depends on the circumstances, which I haven't heard. If you confront someone trying to steal your car, and you're met with force or a threat of force, it becomes a self defense situation. If you're in the car, which she may have been, it's a self defense situation. We all know the media wants the black youths to be the victims, so they wouldn't report it as a violent robbery, just kids trying to take a car. If you're a white person in Chicago, good luck claiming self defense against a black attacker in the first scenario. You'll get blamed for creating the self defense circumstances by confronting the thieves instead of just letting them freely commit whatever crime they want. While I understand your frustration - why do you think it's mandatory to give every CPD employee a break? I've stopped people myself that were complete assholes, very entitled and demanding. Retired or not - don't drive like an asshole in the first place and you won't give anyone a reason to stop you. If you decide to drive like an asshole and get stopped - don't demand things and be courteous and polite and perhaps that will help. Every single asshole I stopped was either from Homan Square or some other cushy unit - where shit doesn't stink and everyone gets what they want. I wasn't where the above happened but I wouldn't be surprised if the retired dic was a real dick. And as far as the supervisor - what do you want them to do when the cameras are rolling? When is the last time you've been in the street genius? Do you realize they store the footage indefinitely and and if ever gets out there it will be another scandal and favoritism will be the headline. If the retired is so brave and will not go to court - he'll have a warrant and cause another scene when someone will have to lock his ass up. Well, 020 has one to top that. Apparently, the union rep on midnight's got a beef on someone who greeted him with a casual greeting used among men. This P.O. (not really much of one actually) said he felt sexually harassed and that on two other occasions the other P.O. (who is a really nice, cheerful guy) stared at him, making him feel uncomfortable. Keep in mind, this is the same brain child that got himself booted off the 06 car because he was such a stroke. ON MIDNIGHTS!!! How much of a goof do you have to be? Anyway, now this self proclaimed "real police officer" is going to claim him feelings are hurt in order to get away from the DNC and try to get paid by the city for his "Trauma". It's amazing how much people will throw others under a bus because of their feelings of ineptitude.
Whoever has this hard-on for posting about the Vanek's...just let it go already. The clouted get taken care of, there is nothing in place to prevent multiple merit appointments. Been going on for decades and won't change. Haven't really seen anything posted how someone got hurt or fuckt over by them, so unless there has been something, just move on, not worth the stress.

Make an out of pocket comment about your wife, mother or your children? No?? Then simply say for the body worn camera that you are using discretion and instead of a ticket you are giving him a verbal warning and asking him to continue on his way safely.
