Not So Fast Larry
- More than six weeks
after ordering prosecutors to deliver Larry Hoover to his courtroom
later this month, a federal judge says the notorious co-founder of the
Gangster Disciples street gang will appear virtually through a video
link instead.
U.S. District Judge John Blakey cited "logistical and safety concerns" in his order Friday.
We thought for sure they were going to release him shortly.
Looks like Larry has to wait a bit yet.

Larry should be in charge of the gangs again. They were much more organized back then. A respected gang member hierarchy. The flow charts were nice to look at in court.
Let the punk croak behind the wall....fuck him.
Life must not mean until one passes away. How bout compassion for the victims. You chose the path now finish the journey
they will let him out in enough time to run for mayor,,,, the dems and libs will love him
Hoover is still alive? Huh?
If he gets released will shootings go up or down in Chicago? Making popcorn
No justice, no peices!!!
Oh. Darn.
Remember the record year for murder in Chicago was 1973 over 900 murders .Because of paramedics (1974) we have been playing catch-up since. All hail Pony Soldier.
As Sammy Davis, Jr. used to sing, "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Don't do it!" Keep your eye on the sparrow, Larry.
Fuck it. Release him. What's his life expectancy after they do?
The real question is will whether or not our home grown Gangsta's let the Venezuelans take their turf and be their bitches.
Actually, the top year was ‘74 (970) though 91, 92 & 94 were all over 900.
This new breed will eat him alive. Times have changed. He wont last a year after release.
Why cant that cockroach just die already?
