It's been here. We used to find dead goat carcasses on the railroad tracks out past 31st and Kostner all the time back in the 90s. And there was a house on the 800 block of North Trumbull that had trash bags in the yard each containing a dead goat and two chickens and about a billion maggots. The basement was full of 5 gallon buckets of animal blood and a Santeria altar. Animal Care and Control had to don HazMat suits to clear it out.

I worked for the Board of elections for years and EVERY year there were "irregularities" at my spots. There is a church near Madison and Central where you can vote for your whole family by showing up with their DL. They would send the people away when I was there, but tell them to come back later.
