Majority of places in the world have results the same day. They also have election days, not seasons. Early voting and the mail bullshit voting is there so they know what's needed to steal elections. It's a shame that this country is so far behind when it comes to election credibility. Maricopa county is as crooked as our county here. Kari Lake was screwed there when she ran for Governor of Arizona. Some things and places never change. The commies will do anything to cheat and win.

funny how every year the feds know all about your finances and all your money when the deadline comes to file your taxes, but every 4 years, they cannot figure out even less people voting for the president. why do taxes have a deadline country wide, but each state can make up their own open window to count ballots???

Probably the biggest problem with mail-in ballots is the signature verification.
You have (potentially partisan) people deciding if the signatures on thousands of ballots match the signatures on file. It is a subjective thing as everyone's signature evolves over time.
OK has an incredibly simple fix: Instead of verifying thousands of signatures in one location, they verify one signature at each of thousands of locations. What I mean is, before you can submit a ballot by mail, your signature must be notarized. Every notary requires a state ID, some also request your voter ID. By law, there is no charge for getting a ballot notarized.
Here is what is fishy: only one of Maricopa County's Commissioners is a democrat. All the rest are republicans. So, it is the Republican Party that is planning on a delayed vote count. If you think counting every vote, no matter how long it takes is somehow crooked, then I guess you can blame it on the Republican Party that dominates that county.
