The GPS device allowed police to place the man at the scene of the killing Sunday in the 7600 block of West Talcott Avenue in Norwood Park, the sources said.
An ICE spokesman didn’t immediately respond for comment about why the suspect was wearing a monitor.
So ICE was using the same devices that Dart has been using for years and is now claiming are useless at actually keeping track of Cook County "outmates." But those were able to track this asshole.

Probably not the smartest plan to murder someone while the authorities can track your every movement. I guess we aren't getting the best and brightest from these shithole countries. In addition, these illegal aliens now have two identities which to submit two separate absentee ballots for democrat candidates who make it all possible. And collect twice as much doubling government entitlement benefits. Win Win for democrat elected officials and their new voting base.

Let me get this straight, Pritzker and Conehead say illegal immigrants should not face any consequences for committing a crime. Actually, they want to reward criminal behavior by giving illegal aliens US citizenship. Below is the last paragraph of the article in the Scum Times describing the murder and arrest of the 2 illegal aliens. The Scum Times had no choice, even though it crushed them, to explain that these 2 killers entered the U.S. within the last 1.5 years. The Scum Times fails to mention that this study took place from 2012 thru 2018, long before Biden opened the flood gates. Basically using a study funded by the equivalent of the ACLU that pertains to data from Texas and wording it in a way that implies that this study pertains to illegal aliens across the entire United States, and that it was a recent study. It was not. The misleading and false claims are made by the Scum Times, not by Trump. What a pathetic excuse for a newspaper.

I'm pretty sure Dart's issue with the monitors is that Illinois state law requires a "free day" (or is it 2?) each week. Basically, they have to be turned off for a period of time each week. Which of course renders the program largely pointless.
