Having a sgt blast emails to the whole district about parking everyday is also a bad look. How can a supervisor who got booted from a LT promotion for making up education, has a mug shot, and is known by first name at every bar in MT Greenwood going to tell anyone to play by the rules.Oh thats right its the department, never mind carry on nothing to see. Station security is everyone's job. From the top down. Looks like that for this to happen, everyone has gotten a little too lax. There used to be a city services number to call. They would come out and pick up a homeless person as long as they weren't under arrest. Sometimes it took an entire day, but they always came out. If they are on drugs they have made some terrible life choices. Then I would just shag them and show them the door. But under no circumstances should that derelict be sleeping in a secured hallway.
Did the officer/Sgt/LT that took the picture do anything to help this individual?
