A bunch of non-demonized yutes pull up in front of "Public Safety HQ"....driving the wrong direction down Michigan Avenue by the way. They jump out of their cars, appear to be filming a rap video, and start climbing over the vehicle and waving around a number of guns.

So, other than the traffic violation, and the gun waving were there any other violations of law? I'm not sure we have enough to get charges approved. Just saying...try running the "we were just filming a rap video" past the state's attorney's office. Any public defender could get the charges dropped at the first hearing.

But filming outside in front of Police HQ making threats with a loaded firearm is apparently not a police matter (or an example of how out of control and bold Chicago criminals are.) Once word gets around social media that nothing will happen to them expect to see them filming in front of a district station where you work.
