Aren't judges supposed to be educated persons?
- A Cook County judge remarked that a man with a history of randomly and violently attacking strangers “seems to be expending a lot of energy getting into violent incidents allegedly” and that it “seems like we have a little anger management issue”....
Seems like the perfect opportunity to keep him in jail, right?
- ....before deciding to release the man on electronic monitoring rather than keep him in jail. Three days later, prosecutors say, that same man went on a violent spree in the Loop, punching three women in the face while he was supposed to be home on an ankle monitor.
The man, Marlon Miller, is now detained on felony aggravated battery charges after Judge Peter Gonzalez acknowledged that the electronic monitoring program overseen by the office of the county’s chief judge was “completely unreliable as [Miller] was out and about committing crimes.”
So the judge KNOWS and ACKNOWLEDGES that this is a REPEAT and VIOLENT offender, and still releases him on a program that he even says is "COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE."

All the crime happening in the U.S. is purposive. It's not because they're “soft on crime.” It's not “the by-product of restorative justice.” It's an intentional effort to destabilize the country. Why do societies form a criminal justice system in the first place? They want people to obey their rules. Is this system sometimes going to be an imperfect system? Yes, but what's the alternative? As these criminals are allowed to run wild, a time is coming. A time where vigilante justice is the norm, where offenders are murdered by family/friends of the victim. A time is coming, where weak prosecutors are murdered by family/friends of the victim. A time where communist judges are murdered by the family/friends of the victim for letting these animals back onto the street. People will only put up with this rampant crime for so long. Dark days are coming.
Clearly the system isn't broken. Communist judges are letting these people out because they WANT them out robbing, raping, and killing normal people, people who present the greatest threat to them; Average Joe and Average Jane. They WANT YOU DEAD. Their intent is to destabilize and destroy American society.
Just vote NO for any judge on the ballot.

There is a mental illness spreading violently among offenders, judges, and has trickled into politicians and reporters. The people who work around these judges and politicians have it as well, because they don't hesitate to do their dirty work without speaking up.

Codify holding judges, state attorneys, private and public defenders financially liable and criminally negligible whenever someone who commits a violent crime is not held in custody and that defendant commits another violent offense post release.
Make the judge, state, and defense all accountable collectively as one body who renders/allows/advocates for release. Meaning they are all liable as one body. Their first mandate should be to safeguard the publics rights, not the “alleged” criminals rights.
I’ll guarantee that if this offender committed a violent act on a judge, politician, prosecutor, or defense attorney he would never have been granted pre trial release.
And don’t expect any leadership from the new Chief Judge Beach. In ABC interview he talked about the hard choices judges have to make at bond hearings because of a defendant’s presumption of innocence. Never once talked about the obligation to protect the public from the violent rampages these people inflict .

I believe the funding of activist judges and DA/SA by Soros definitely on purpose to destabilize and reshape to globalize the US. However, I do believe there are useful idiots (educated at that) who do buy into that’s it’s for a greater good of “restorative Justice,” etc. Anyone with common sense (PHD, law degrees, Masters not required) knows that the greater good is served by advancing people who work to achieve and live morally purposeful lives- not by uplifting people who repeatedly fail to be if not the very least a member of society who does no harm to others.

How is the Chief Judge replacement going? He says we can’t keep people in custody and is more worried about proper titles and proper gender identification in court. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. He’s the 43 judge and when Kuzas isn’t working 44 then this POS will fill in at 44. Whenever he’s in 44 the ASA will do their best to get a continuance because of they don’t there will be a ton of cases that get no PC. This guy hates the police so much that he will go out of his way to be as disrespectful as possible to a PO during a hearing. A PO asked the defense attorney to repeat a question because the PO wasn’t sure exactly what the defense attorney was asking. This POS then starts yelling at the PO and goes you don’t ask the questions! Blah blah blah blah blah. Police hating POS then yells no probable cause. ASA did the right thing due to the case being a class x felony and a really good case at that and just indicted the case. This POS also takes POs phones in court and keeps them until the end of the day. If the phone rang or the PO was being unprofessional then I could understand. This evil POS takes phones simply as a power trip. I haven’t had experiences with every judge but as far as my experience goes this guy is the worst.

During my time testifying I’ve encountered a few of these bias assholes. Occasionally I’d find a way to talk back, be condescending or make the judge feel stupid and embarrassed. I already knew he or she wasn’t going to punish the bad so it really didn’t matter. They will never hold you in contempt for being a smart ass. Back in the 90s early 2000’s we’d have BR 50 nearly going up for grabs.
