Hey Judge Bitch
Sorry....we meant Beach.
How's that EM working out for Cook County taxpayers?
A Chicago man on electronic monitoring for a pending Cook County gun case is now charged with selling five guns to undercover federal informants while he was wearing his ankle monitor.
Donald Dailey, 32, is charged with possessing a firearm while under indictment for a felony. He was arrested on May 14 shortly after completing his fifth sale to an undercover informant in the 7300 block of South Maryland Avenue, according to a federal complaint filed by an agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
[...] The pending state case that had him on the ankle monitor stems from an arrest last May by Chicago police, who charged him with possessing a stolen firearm and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was placed on electronic monitoring following that arrest, court records and the federal complaint show. The ATF agent alleged that Dailey was wearing the monitor during the gun sales.

Well..forgive him, his brain is still developing.
Or Not!
I'm sure he was in the wrong state of mind, please let him slide for the one millionth time. Pretty please, with another stolen gun on top.
ATF again doing the law enforcement that Chicago & Cook County refuse to let their officers do.
And if it weren't for being grabbed by the Feds he would be home already with another ankle bracelet...
Is he being charged with federal violations instead of local nonsense?
But if he sold the guns in an area he was allowed to be under monitoring I would say at least he has a work/robbery ethic!!! So charge the shit outa him but being off monitor won't be charged????? I bet some idiot water headed judge would accept that explanation. Gee your honor I was trying to get my paper
Fool judge beach be an ignant beotch.
Wonder how many wear more than 2 ankle bracelets?
ATF really seems to be the only agency that actually arrests violent offenders these days. Great work agents
