- The design for the first Chicago vehicle sticker with Mayor Rahm Emanuel's name on it was revealed Thursday.
The new 2012-13 sticker, which will go on sale in late spring or early summer, was designed by Herbert Pulgar, a Lawrence Hall Youth Services freshman. It features a heart enclosing the city skyline and Chicago's flag with outstretched hands, and police, firefighter and paramedic symbols and hats.

Look at his city sticker design. The HEART is the major MLD Gang Symbol. Look at the hands pointing up to the hats on that sticker... Look closely at the fingers and how they are being held... It's hard to see on this image but those little white streaks around the hats have some in the form of a PITCH FORK.....

The refections in the water are interesting. Directly below the Hancock building to the right of the s in "Chicago's" is a pitchfork (pointed up). You need to zoom into the photo to see it.
Just above the s in "Chicago's" (also in the water reflection) is a backwards swastika, the original symbol of the MLDs.
The heart with horns is the preferred MLD tattoo. Neat how the police and fireman hats are angled upward in the shape of horns.
The hands are positioned to show three prongs up (just like a pitchfork).
Hopefully the city ordered a million stickers already.

MONTPELIER, VT - Inmates working at a Vermont correctional unit's print shop managed to sneak a prank image of a pig into a state police crest.
The image is emblazoned on police cars, and 30 cruisers sported the design for the last year.
The official crest depicts a spotted cow against a background of snowy mountains. But the inmates' version featured one of the cow's spots shaped like a pig in an apparent reference to the pejorative word for police.

Easy fix, cut the city sticker along the red line which leaves the sticker number, your plate number along with the expiration and related info. Removing the gang signs portion does not invalidate the city sticker in any way!

He is definitely representing. He's using the Hancock bldg. as the center of the pitchfork,while using the Sears tower and I believe the Palmolive building as the outer tines of the pitchfork. Also, look closely at the fingers on each hand. The forefinger of each hand sticks out just enough from the index finger to reveal the hands giving up the pitchfork.

Was at a city council meeting with my kid so he could observe,and behold mendoza was talking to the aldermen in the front at lecture,we could not understand a single word she said! Now this! great job but please send in resignation to the mayor pronto! You have embarrassed the mayor,the city of Chicago,all Police and Firefighters!
why not? we do have the most gangs!

Wouldn't it be a conflict of interest if a cop had a sticker on his/her vehicle that depicted known gang signs? I would think any officer displaying this type of sticker would be stripped immediately. Well, I guess 9,000 cops are going to be stripped come July for promoting gang activity.
Wonder how many rocks and blows that savings bond is gonna buy....
I will block out any gang signs on any City Property that is display on my vehicle. Thanks Mr Mayor.
