How About This?

How about every time Special Ed and Groot tell the media crime is down, the FOP have a press conference or make a press release that says pretty much since the CPD is doing such a great job at reducing shootings and homicides, we'll add another percentage to the wage demands?

We figure that in the two years since the Contract expired, we're due at least a 20% raise.

Sounds like FOP beat you to it .
I talked to Pat Murray (1st VP), who said they are close on a wage package "better than teachers" .

How about demanding your pension funding? 28% is a disgrace.

Numbers from CPD and FOP are disqualified as those are privileged numerals.

Only City Hall chooses which numbers are the actual numbers to be allowed in the interest of fairness. Cannot have the bigoted numbers being allowed ahead of the poor disadvantaged metrics.

END MATH SUPREMACY! Fight numerical privilege today!

Crime is always going down. Pretty soon we will have to close down the CPD as there will no further work to do. Mission Accomplished!

Am I supposed to understand Chicago Police Officers are not allowed to strike but the mayor of Chicago orders Chicago Police Officers not to cooperate, enforce the law with Federal Ice Agents? Isnt that a strike in itself? Ordering Law Enforcement to not Enforce the Law? mayor why not be unique to Chicago politics and be part of the solution and not the problem? Chicago Thanks and loves its Chicago Police Officers and Federal Ice Agent Law Enforcement!!!

It looks like groot has taken a bite from the poison apple that all chicago politicians have been feasting on for years. Raise taxes and fees on whatever you can to balance the budget. Groot will just be remembered as just another bad politician if she uses the same blueprint as her predecessors.

OT:
Who holds the record for the most short lived Commander promotion?

I think their are a few who lasted less than a few months before being demoted.

This is the reason that 'accountability mondays' were moved to tuesday.

It allows more time for the shitty to move numbers around.

Not easy to get FakeNews to show up, post or report on what Loot’n GrootLoafer calls a bellyaching FOP when there’s bigger crisis to address, like an elusive swamp alligator (maybe just an Alligator Bob inflatable), various community injustices, more resource allocations, and reports of it’s just a firecracker stampede.

Wage increases more likely will be tied into the Clearance rate index.
Currently at +/- 16%, watch the deceiving Compost numbers shuffle drop to 2%.

Sanctuary First is an expensive endeavor.

- Wish in one hand and sh-t in the other and see which one fills up first.

FOP contract expired and no raise for over 2 YEARS, Sergeants over 3 YEARS, yet nothing on the news by our bargaining units. Meanwhile, the teachers contract expired like 5 minutes ago and they are already hooting and halloring on TV on every news cast... AND they will get theirs.

Probably Collazo, but she gave up commander of 004 voluntarily, for family reasons, so more power to her.

Don't forget arbitrator Benn stated in his last ruling that we could go back and revisit the pay raise portion of the contract when when he ruled for the city on the raises because of economic situation. Everything has gone up in the last 10 years, taxes, garbage pick up, water, etc. and cost of living. How about a raise to cover that, since we are obligated to live in this city!
