So the family of a dead non-demonized teen from this weekend wilding is demanding an arrest and prosecution:
- The family of a teenager who was killed after gunfire erupted during a large gathering of teens in the South Loop on Saturday is speaking out.
According to Chicago police, officers were already near the 500 block of West Roosevelt Road, where around 200 teens were gathered, when shots were fired near West Roosevelt and Canal streets just after 8 p.m. A 15-year-old boy was shot of the leg and survived. Jeremy Smith, 17, was struck and critically injured. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.
His family said he was taking part in a Facebook meet up at Roosevelt and Canal when he was shot. His family said Jeremy was a high school senior and about to graduate this spring. His parents say they thought he was in a different location when they got the call about the shooting.

I saw the WGN interview with the family and friends. I could barely understand what they were talking about...was that English, or am I just no longer used to hearing "jive" talk? It seemed that nary a thought or even two were coherently threaded together.

So the governor is a Democrat, the mayor is a democrat, the Cook County president is a democrat, the CCSA is a democrat and virtually every alderman is a democrat. The Cook County Sheriff, who isn't really a sheriff and doesn't carry a weapon is also a democrat. They endorse each other and the black folks continuously vote them into office. Mainly because they are black but because they are endorsed by the machine. So if 85% of the people killed are black, then that's just the way it is. If nobody gets charged or the CCSA is so incompetent she can't get a conviction, then so be it. I know I am safe. I know my family is safe. You’ve hit on an important point . I hope Burke gets elected and please tell everybody you know that they need to take a Democratic ballot to do that. But having Tim Evans as chief judge means we’re not out of woods yet. He set policy to force his judges to do a lot of the shit in the Safety act long before the law was even passed and went into effect. So getting them charged is the important first step, but until we get people to vote to not retain Evan’s we still have a problem.
Media caring, you got to be kidding. They only care that Trump get defeated. All the other city problems are collateral damage.

Suing Facebook does not violate the first amendment. Facebook choosing to censor certain posts, which they do every second of every day, does not violate the first amendment. If someone representing the government were to stop people from peaceably assembling, only then does the constitution come into play. The constitution and its amendments protect the people from the GOVERNMENT violating their rights. Your complete lack of understanding of the constitution is hilarious given the rest of your post, with your utter shock that someone could possibly not know the constitution and all of its amendments.
