If I appear more disheveled than usual this week it’s because Mom never got to my laundry on Sunday. We both got wrapped up in the MacGyver Marathon on TBS where I learned how to make disabling my phone and computer look accidental. So it looks like my workload at FLOP this week will again be next to nothing.
That will be a poopshow, especially since north siders can't drive like normal people.

We have been invaded by the venezmoochers. These bastards are all over the place.
Chicago has the worst expressway system in the country. Everything funnels through the busiest part of town and there is no bypass to go around. O-Hare airport is at one end of the city and over burdens the north end with traffic there. The So-Called express lanes and Local traffic lanes converge in the downtown area. The city streets are not wide enough to handle overflow traffic and the bridges over the Chicago River system funnel any heavy traffic down to a slow crawl during the rush hour. Any multiple car accident can occur anywhere, and add a half hour to your commute.
Throw in some construction or close down the So-Called Express lanes and you have a recipe for disaster. Commuters won't switch to the CTA trains. There aren't enough and it is just too dangerous. Besides the stations all smell like piss, and the subways have a distinct fecal smell and besides, the panhandlers are just too aggressive.
Buy some audio books, and stream some comedy. A long commute is going to add an hour and a half to your trip on the busy end. (On a good day)
Inbound Kennedy expy near at the merge from Irving to at least Belmont, on a rainy night it looks like there is 8 different traffic lanes because they didn’t stripe it correctly. Must have gotten the paint on sale
You have to admit, the first phase went pretty smoothly and was fully completed. Phase II, is just the reversibles, hopefully it’ll be just as smooth.

how many times are they going to fix the Kennedy? I mean shit they did it from Wisconsin to what Montrose for 3 years then tore it up again to do something else. oh and of course they will raise the toll cost. hell it would be nice if these companies would get together in the same meeting and plan together so they can do it all in one shot verses tearing it up 2 or three times.
Im glad I left that shit hole. The south really opens your eyes on how fast they are out here on stuff like this. they tear up a whole highway in 4 days later its about completed. Water power issues they are knocking on your door saying hey there is a issue and give a time of it being fixed then they return to make sure everything is working right..
A police response here gets local country state and hell even the park rangers and cops you didn't know where cops responding.
BTW IL folks stop coming to the south you're wearing out the welcome by bringing your bullshit here. Nashville is a great example its a cess pool of every defector in the country nothing changed with your attitude or thinking or political bullshit except location.
