Particularly the officer who recently claimed to have been denied promotion due to improper racial labeling by the department.
This city really doesn’t have any problem rubbing everyone’s nose in their agenda.

Or heard what radio stations they are advertising on?
There is only one qualification the city cares about for hiring, or promotion.
The sheer statistics of the departments actions will be the thing that make depositions and legal settlements comical.

Sgt Chambers in that video is a goofy. She’s a tact Sgt in 003 with about a year under her belt as a supervisor. She has less than 10 years on total. She gets on the zone yelling at dispatchers and acting like a bully. She is the poster child for why the department is in the dumps and why no one takes the leadership seriously.

To be eligible to be appointed to Commander, candidates must meet the following requirements:

have ten years of experience with the Chicago Police Department as a sworn officer.
B.
have any of the following active-duty experience:

Any length of time as a Captain—SES, or
2.
Two years as a Lieutenant of Police, or
3.
One year as a Lieutenant of Police with a specialized skill or training, or
4.
Significant time as a Sergeant of Police.
What is “ significant time as a sergeant or police??”

The department realized the video had no Caucasian bosses when they purposely excluded them from being considered for the video. They weren't clued in on some oversight by seeing it on the blog. They made a conscious decision to exclude them. Diversity is the word they use for eliminating white people from certain positions and replacing them with people of color. Inclusivity, diversity, fairness, equity, equality, restorative justice, affirmative action, etc. are all just codes for anti-white policies. They don't want equality. They want whites to be beneath everyone else. The department has achieved that goal, to the detriment of the officers and the citizens of this once great city. Whenever race or gender or sexual orientation is used to choose leaders, rather than choosing the most qualified person regardless of those identifiers, everyone loses. But they then celebrate it as some kind of victory, because "we da president now" and "it's our turn."
