Define the Acronym - Part IV
Someone actually complained about one of the previous threads:
- Way to post a thread that cuts on two of the hardest working units in the dept. Way to go SCC... And no, I don't work for them
Excuse us if we don't take your word for it. We didn't realize that OPS and IAD were two of the hardest working Units in the department AND they had such thin skins that they couldn't take a little ribbing. We apologize.
Meanwhile, let's see how everyone can define FTO or TLO. The TLO (or Terrorism Liason Officer) is a recent invention by the department, but we've never met one and haven't ever seen what their duties might entail. Is this some kind of dodge to get Federal money?
WARNING: We are running a low grade fever here, so postings might be sparse today. Keep up the excellent commentary in the "Residency Letter" post. We knew people could keep on topic if they tried.

I doubt the person who referred to IAD and OPS as being two of the hardest working units was being serious!
Now if someone said that about TRU and SOS, well then that'd be a completely different story! It's not easy being so cool and keeping your hair in such perfect condition while putting 14 p.o.'s on a onebagger arrest!
Again with the anti-TRU/SOS.....getting old.
