I know this is off topic, but maybe SCC should take a look at the story in todays Washington Post about the nationwide shortage of Police Officers. Very interesting. Philly benefits/Ins. debate issue has been going on for awhile. Info. was provided to the lodge a few yrs. ago. Could you provide any thoughts as to why this has yet to move in furtherance? The benefit issue is a very important subject for all of us officers.
