More SCC Predictions Come True
In case you weren't paying attention, we did it for you. Two more predictions came true in the past 30 days or so and we neglected to point them out. We'll remedy that here:
- We predicted Zarqawi would be captured or killed back on 01 January. We also hoped bin Laden would also be neutralized. Still have six months on that one
- We also predicted Jimmy Hoffa would still be missing. It was tongue in cheek, but in light of the FBI still digging up farmland, we're looking good for another correct prognostication.
Not bad if we do say so ourselves.

Screw him, why should we back him???? Another case of being a tough guy. You see it all the time, get a few beers in you and you are ready to take on the world. I agree, most of the guys in 009 tac work thier butts off and are good guys. But, the new batch that went up, come on. Maybe 1 guy deserved it, the other 4 ... well if you think they do then you've been smoking too much of that stuff you're supposed to be inventorying.
As for the guy involved in the recent incident, he is a great guy. Really really well like by the watch and district. He just got into a fight, thats it. Just like almost everyone on this blog has at one time or another in thier lives. He's young and perhaps not able to walk away from some things he would if he was a little older. He's the 1st one to have our back out on the streets and would be there for you in a heartbeat if you needed something outside of work. He's a good guy, dont beat him up on the blog b/c you don't know him.
Ditto that last post. He's definitely one of the hardest working po's on the watch and one of the nicest. Hope things turn out alright for him. A fight is a fight, what happened to the days when you just walked away after a fight? You lost, swallow your pride and go hit the weights so next time you wouldn't. You won, go have a beer. My girlfriend called and told me the ladies on 933 couldn't wait to download his mugshot. She would not lie to me. All Sgts in CPD have their favorites. We call them "go to guys and gals". If you are jealous because we "cater" to certain cars, it's probably because you are NOT a worker. Don't be biased against your fellow coworkers if they seem to move up in the system. Sometimes clout doesn't always win. We look for determined individuals who are reliable too. FYI, the females in 30 sector work much harder than the males. That is why they are placed on gang missions, etc. They don't gripe and moan and generally get the tasks done in an efficient manner. So get a life you sniveling coward. If you work like the females in the 30 sector, then you would see the "spots" Roy talked about in roll call.
