Slapping Around "leftisthebest"

Many people like to rubber neck at traffic accidents. Some take a perverse sort of pleasure in kicking puppies or taking candy from babies. We find enjoyment in letting persons from the left side of the political spectrum spout on and on until they say something so completely and utterly stupid that we just feel the need to bring out the big guns and slap them around like the tiny little brains they prove themselves to be. We learned it from Karl Rove.

From the comments section in the "Not So Amusing Video" thread:
  • leftisthebest said...

Think maybe they took their own trucks and painted them to look like those of the U.N.?

What's wrong M, don't like the U.N. because they are not the lapdog puppet of the U.S.A.?

No lefty. We don't like the UN for a number of reasons, not the least of which is their bald faced and open support of terrorist regimes. The UN is a bloated bureaucracy that gives equal voice to the tyrant and a veneer of legitimacy to the mass murderer as to the freely elected representative of the democracy. We have NEVER liked the UN as it's sole purpose seems to be the advancement of a "one world" government under their corrupt rule, unilateral disarmament of the United States and it's allies, institutionalization of ethnic slaughter, all the while enriching themselves and their cronies at the expense of the human beings most deserving of protection. Some articles for lefty to consider:
  • Google search - The Slaughter at Srebrenica. Dutch UN peacekeepers hid in their barracks while Slobodan Milosevic engineered the slaughter of 7 to 8,000 muslim men and boys. The US president ended the slaughter by ordering US warplanes into action without UN approval. Odd how democrats never complain when it was Clinton acting without the consent of the UN, isn't it? Also interesting is how the UN is STILL in the former Yugoslav countries 11 years after there were supposed to be free elections.
  • Bystanders to Genocide. Over the course of 100 days in Rwanda, 800,000 ethnic Tutsis were liquidated by elements of the Hutu majority. Kofi Annan ordered (ORDERED!) the UNAMIR forces to not raid known Hutu armories, directly contributing the massive scale of the slaughter.
  • UN run Child Sex Rings in the Congo: In a scandal that has been going on under the main stream media's radar for 3 years now, the UN peacekeepers in the Congo have been running a huge child prostitution operation under the auspices of the world body that "leftisthebest" seems to support. The sex scandal is still ongoing as evidenced by this 18 August report cited by GatewayPundit.
  • Oil for Palaces. One of the biggest stumbling blocks to the successful implementation of economic sanctions against Iraq was the constant undercutting of those sanctions by UN Officials lining their own pockets with "oil vouchers" that permitted HUGE amounts of kickbacks to the UN (facilitated by Kofi Annan's son working for European oil consortiums) and allowed Saddam to re-arm and update his military. The biggest losers in this scandal? Iraqi citizens denied essential food and medicines who were then used as propaganda tools against the very sanctions imposed by the UN.
  • Iran bribing the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency? As yet unconfirmed reports would explain why Europe and the IAEA have been completely useless and possibly complicit in the Iranian A-bomb development.
And this is just a tiny fraction of why we dislike the UN lefty. It also ends up being a larger fraction of why we dislike persons of the leftist persuation. Woeful ignorance and willful blindness to the true reality of the UN.

Boy, oh boy M, if I weren't here to kick around I guess you'd be writing about Teddy Kennedy or some other Democrat the GOP always has to kick around, even though they are a thing of the past.

You write so much and I shall try to reply to some of your inflamatory remarks. Unlike you, however I shall not launch into any personal attacks.

You speak of UN support for terrorist regimes. What of USA support of terrorist regimes? The United States ranks top among the world's arms exporters and in developing countries, a majority of its arms are sold to regimes defined as undemocratic by our own State Department,'' says a study released this week week by the Arms Trade Resource Center at New York-based New School University's World Policy Institute.

Countries deemed undemocratic by the State Department that rank among the largest recipients of U.S. military aid and sales include Saudi Arabia ($1.1 billion in 2003), Egypt ($1.0 billion), Kuwait ($153 million), United Arab Emirates ($110 million), and Uzbekistan ($33 million).

U.S. programs supply arms to 18 of 25 countries embroiled in active conflicts or warfare against domestic or foreign foes including Angola, Chad, Colombia, Ethiopia, Israel, Pakistan, and the Philippines.

Afghanistan, Algeria, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Uruguay are among two dozen countries that either became first-time recipients or were allowed back into the program after long absences. In all, the number of countries receiving aid increased from 48 to 71 over the past four years, the study says.

I'll reply to other points later, my friend. As the old saying goes, "people in glass houses..." The U.S.A. is one of the worst when it comes to putting its own interests in front of democracy.

Thanks for sticking with the tried and true leftist tactic of not addressing the arguement at hand and ignoring everything you said before. Welcome to the real world of debate. You have been owned.

Lefty will support any country or group that opposes the United States-because he believes he is imparted with some knowledge that the rest of us are not. And while he doesn't have the intellectual superioirity he craves, he pretends to have the moral superiority. He is the worst kind of democrat-unwilling or simply unable to understand to accept simple truths (such as democracy is better than facism) so that real dialouge can not take place.

Show me, M where I did not address the argument at hand. I stated I would debate your loooooong soliloquy bit by bit. The very first point you raise was the alleged UN support of terrorist regimes. I addressed that statement with my reply. I have not "been owned" as you write. I just pointed out the U.S> government's own support of terror.

No my friend, those who deceive are the GOP and YOUR president. The American public was tricked into supporting an invasion of a country and that invasion has backfired.

You seem awfully grumpy lately, M. Perhaps you should switch to decaf. Then again, if the person I supported for president had an approval rating which SOARED to under 50 per cent I'd be unhappy too. (Note to all before typing, I never supported Bill Clinton).

More arguments on the UN later. Kick back, M, have a cold one and watch an old DVD of the Rush tv show. Back at ya later buddy.

Tricked how? Backfired how? Where do you come up with this bullshit lefty? Or do you just make it up as you go along? You must make it up because you provide no references, no facts, no proof while we provide links, articles and what can generally be shown as "proof."

Hey Lefty-Americans died during the first Gulf War, and their sacrifice earned us something. It earned us the right to inspect Iraq for WMDs whenever we want. They DIED for OUR safety. Several years later Saddam refused to allow inspections. I'm sure you would have just been happy with years of strongly worded letters from the UN, but Americans DIED for YOU and ME and we went in. Be it Jihadists or the likes of Saddam and Khadafi, the US was vulnerable. Since the Iraq war and the sacrifices of our brave soldiers once again, YOU are SAFER. You do not take the time to educate yourself before opening your mouth, and probably never will. Democrats like you are great for Republicans, because it's impossible to defend your immature, arrogant and ignorant views. Idiots like you and Michael Moore who really believe you are smart, but are obviously not, played a huge role in tipping the election far to Bush. Keep up the great work for the GOP!

I provided the source for the study of U.S> support of terrorist regimes. Yes, you provide links to blogsites, which are tainted in nature. They are for the most part, conservative in nature and would not be unbiased if the good Lord was on the opposite side.

Why does YOUR presdident have an approval rating of less than 50 per cent? You have never answered or explored that question. Perhaps it is because the American public are seeing his administration is full of smoke and mirrors.

Just today YOUR president in an interview with CBS television admitted that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11. Look at the tape. Yet, something like 55 per cent of the American public still believe he did. Why? It is because spinmasters from his administration have done so. He must now publicly admit this because he can no longer duck and weave this question.

P/S If personal attacks on me make you feel better, so be it. I can forgive you. Perhaps you are just having a bad day.

P/P/S Maybe you should take up coffee. LOL

SCC, you guys need to give your left bashing a rest. Bush will go down in modern history as the least prepared person to step into the US presidency that the world has seen since Reagan. We are only in the middle east because of the oil; this country couldn't give a rat's ass about so-called "moderate" arab countries, that are still thousands of years behind the times (We call ourselves concerned about China's lack of "human rights" when women still can't even legally drive a car in Saudi Arabia!!). This country will only get concerned about Africa and human rights violations there it becomes financially advanageous to do so.

Man, we love yanking the chains of lefty and his ilk. It brings out so many more of the psychos from the shadows.

To Anonymous: Reagan unprepared? He won the biggest electoral pluralities ever seen - or don't you read history? He inherited the wreck of the Carter years and turned around the economy. He built up the military and won the Cold War.

If we're in the Middle East for oil, why are we letting Iraq sell it on the open market and not only to us? Why are we paying $70 dollars a barrel if we have "possession" of all that oil?

We act in our own self interests - JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER COUNTRY AND HUMAN BEING IN EXISTENCE. You think China or Saudi Arabia or any backwater in Africa doesn't act in it's own self interest? So why is it only wrong when the US does it?

Your arguments are full of crap and your reasoning wouldn't get you out of a wet paper bag. You are simply a "blame America first" type with no sense of history.

Selling arms to "undemocratic regimes" does not equal "terrorist regimes" lefty. You tie sentences together in the same paragraphs and make no attempts to discriminate between which fact applies to which argument. And then you run lists of countries recieving aid into lists of countries involved in conflicts? If we aren't mistaken, Israel, the Phillipines and Columbia are all democracies but you run them in with Ethiopia, Chad and Pakistan.

Addressing your arguments: As to our links being right leaning, duh. Where else are you going to find the truth? Sure ain't on the left.

OUR president has a rating near 50% for a number of reasons, mostly because the country is something like 42% democrat, 41 % republican and 17% other. The 41% republican are irritated that he isn't cutting government spending and the size and scope of government. We won't even go into the biased and crooked polling that goes on daily in the lame stream media - we've covered that all over the blog.

As we've pointed out since we started this blog, no one in the Bush Administration ever said Saddam had anything to do with 9/11. That's why we went after him second, not first like Afghanistan.

We've been looking and we still can't find a "personal attack" as you so blithely put it. Another typical leftist ploy to make us like big mean thugs by making accusations unsubstantiated by reality.

I'd like to know how the media and lefty come up with these approval ratings? I have never been asked whether or not I approve of our President. I should be asked to answer more polls, because 64% of the time I am always right 100% of the time.

I recenly finished a book that has nothing to do with politics, political theory, or any of the usual Left/Right garbage, except for one little paragraph. Just one paragraph in a three hundred page book dealt with politics. In declaritve sentences, and simple language the author stated the the UN was the most ineffectual international body ever created by man. He then went on to lucidly expalin why. All in one paragraph.

Now the book was not written for politco-pseudo-intellectuals. The book was written for sales people.

One more thing, the book was orginally published in 1975, thirty one years ago.

Case closed.

Radiologists?

Teddy Kennedy or some other Democrat the GOP always has to kick around, even though they are a thing of the past.
Hey lefty, Teddy boy is still around. He is not of the past. Actually, the American Immigration Lawyers Association just dragged him out of the bottle, sobered him up, and put his pants back on just long enough to propose an ammendment that THEY WROTE, to be inserted into the immigration bill. It is a 48 Billion dollar entitlement bill, with 24 Billion dollars going to pay welfare and entitlements to ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND THEIR FAMILIES!!!!!!!!

Now my real problem and question is, and Lefty, amybe you can help me out here, WHO, IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT, DURING A WICCAN DRUID CEREMONY WITH CHILD SACRIFICE ELECTED THE AMERICAN IMMIGRATION LAWYERS ASSOCIATION TO THE US SENATE AND WHY ARE THEY WRITING LEGISLATION.

We already know that Kennedy cannot read, write, or drive a car. But surely he has people, called Senate staffers who can perform these functions. So why is a blatant anti American group that advocates and supports the rights of people violating the law writing legislation?

Please, Lefty, help me understand. It is my tax dollars at work.

I am unfamiliar with that organization, however I doubt their agenda is any different than the NRA or any other conservative organization. Any of those groups, be they right or left, cozy up to the Congress.

In regards to Teddy Kennedy....yes, he is still there, but alot of leftists (those of us under 50 anyway) think he is a thing of the past. True leftists admire his work for the civil rights movement and such, but we think the mantel of leadership should be turned over to someone younger, and more liberal.

Yes, I said more liberal. The enemy, which is the administration in the Oval Office), must be confronted head-on. Most of the alleged "liberal" leaders have not done so. We need more "leftists" not liberals.

Just a few questions to consider Lefty.

Do you feel that Joe Liberman should run as an independant in his senate race?

Define in real terms (not generalizations or fuzzy math) what "more liberal" means to you and todays democrats.

Considering the outcomes of the last 3 elections, do you honestly think the American voter would be willing, honestly, to vote for and elect a "more liberal" democratic president and congress?( Please don't base your answer on YOUR bias and feelings of OUR current President. Think rationally before you reply please and have some sort of reference that can be verified in some web based fashion.)

I can picture Rufus, Esmerelda, and Stefania answering the phone in their limited English and saying "No...........I doan liff here." When these asshole "research groups" got the answer they wanted.
