Jail is Dangerous

Who would have thought that you could get killed in jail?
  • Murder charges were filed Wednesday afternoon against a 17-year-old man who allegedly strangled his cell mate at the Cook County Jail.

Andre Patterson, of 221 155th St. in the southern suburb, is charged with murder in the death of Kimani Muhammad, who was found dead in his cell at the jail on Tuesday night, according to Andy Conklin, a spokesman for the Cook County State's Attorney's office.
R. Eugene Pincham immediately issued a ruling that said the Cook County Sheriff violated Patterson's civil rights by barging into his dwelling without a search warrant or consent to search and all evidence contained within should be considered "fruit of the poisonous tree." Pincham was reminded shortly thereafter that he wasn't actually a judge anymore.

Pincham was a shitty judge when he was on the bench. Pro offender and didn't like the police much which was clearly obvious. Spit "not guilty" out of his mouth with every breath. can't wait to go up against him in the private sector.

R. Eugene Pincham , You are the worst of the worst. A fair a impartial judge you were not. A racist on the bench you were. In the near future I hope I'm around to "PISS" on your grave. You Mr. Pincham , are a no good SOB and don't deserve to be on this earth.

True Pincham story from a retired P.O.:

P.O. responds to a burglary in progress and catches dude coming out of the house. Victim and offender both black. Stereo, TV and proceeds lined up at the back door and a handful of things he dropped while looking at the .357 pointed at his head.

Fast forward to the p.c. hearing. Pincham rules no p.c. because no prints were recovered from the proceeds. Makes a big point of siding with the black offender over the white P.O. The white P.O. shrugs his shoulders and says, "Not my neighborhood."
Pincham says, "What did you say Officer?" Officer replies, "I said no big deal, I don't have to live over there."

Pincham orders the P.O. held for contempt. Back in chambers he asks the P.O. what he meant by that comment. The P.O. replied, "I'm doing my best to protect a black neighborhood nowhere near my own house. I made a great arrest and recovered proceeds and you want to throw the case out? Good, because next time that mutt hits it might be your house or another black man's house but it won't be mine. So why should I care?"

Pincham says, "How can you be sure it won't be your house?"

Officer says, "Because if he made it all the way to my house without one of my neighbors killing him, I'd kill him for sure."

The State's Attorney pointed out the error of R. Eugene's ways and how his decision was utterly ridiculous and would haunt him if he proceeded with contempt charges so the copper walked out of there getting the best of a racist dumbfuck.
