As of today, last time I checked, there were 164 comments to the RESIDENCY post.
From the amount of responses, mostly in favor of lifting the residency requirement.
Obviously this is a big issue with allot of response.
Any possibility you can throw something up every week so we keep this issue in the forefront? I have attended meetings, and recently added my “Wish List” to the survey on the FOP website. I hope other officers who are as committed to this issue as I am also log onto the site and fill it out.

If I enroll now and take a couple of classes will I be "grandfathered in" if they get rid of tuition reimbursement in the next contract?

You will get reimbursed as long as we have tuition reimbursement. If they do away with it, NOBODY will get reimbursed.
