Former latin king, UUW offender, current aldercreature and somehow attached to a massive fraudulent document ring run by his father and mother (that is protected by known gang elements) Ricardo Munoz opened his trap again:
- Chicago needs a police superintendent who will "shake up the status quo," realign police beats and adopt a "more aggressive, grass-roots approach" toward curbing school violence, one of Mayor Daley's staunchest City Council critics said Tuesday.
"This administration continues to want to move police officers around after the murders happen. We need to prevent crime -- not react to it," said Ald. Ricardo Munoz (22nd), pointing to the 25 Chicago Public School students gunned down this year.
"This administration has been unwilling to even talk about beat deployment. ... We need somebody who will at least talk about. It has to be someone who's willing to take on the administration."
Munoz doesn't say how he plans or wants the mayor and superintendent to accomplish all this, but we suspect it involves stationing an officer on every street corner in a reinforced concrete bunker with numerous heavy weapons. We'd also wonder where this magical amount of manpower is going to appear from as many districts are currently running zero rapids on days and actually downing up to three beat cars on midnights some weekdays.
At least we'd see our beat officer once in a while in his bunker.

They have already re-districted the whole city. What do you think Cline did? He re-districted without say it would happen, that is all. He pulled from all of the slow districts, made up TRU and deployed them to the fast districts. He did it this way so the Pols whose districts would lose manpower would not and could not beef.

We have plenty of rapids around on the northside on days. We put them up as "rapid response" bike units so they can do premise checks at different Starbucks and work on their tan. Ten officers on bikes with a total of 12 years on collectively can really wipe out a tray af scones! To help out, the remaining beat cars get banged with jobs and run around all tour, when they aren't doing some nonsense mission in an effort to get someone promoted. Everybody wins!

While I agree with your points, it took me nearly three re-reads to get to it. Grammar and puncuation IS important-- IMO.

Actually, almost all of the people came from busy districts, which is why they say they're short. last time around most came from busy south side districts and a few from the north.....
Munoz would know all about gunning down innocent kids, being a uuw offender and still a present gang member. Maybe there should be a law about people not having felonies on their records and being elected officials. The police can't have felonies on their records, why are elected officials exempt?

yeah, OK, realign the districts so that the TAXPAYING folks of the city get even less Police attention. 2211 is already a huge beat and about half the size of the entire 002nd district! Way to think it through.... DoucheBAG!
