All we need now is the Keesing Bandit to whip out his guitar and start throwing down his heavy metal music as the olympic theme...

Well, it didn't take the crooks that are the international olympic committee long to figure out that Chicago's numbers were too wrong for even them. (They are as internationally corrupt as mosty Aldercreatures are here.)

Even with all of their greed and corruption, they called Chicago's numbers out.

"Chicago's projected construction costs were called into question for being too low"...(Can anyone say Millenium Park?)

The committee also called into question the projected revenue as "Much too high."

Welcome to world of the Chicago Tax Payer.

I am still stunned that Chicago made this round. What criteria are they looking for/at?

Our streets SUCK! The condition of them & the traffic. Can you imagine the nighmare to try to get around with the Olympics here?

King Dicky-boy taxes the FUCK out of everything here, including bottled water. You just know he has something in mind to really rake in the dough (for his own coffers of course)

The crime rate will triple at least. The City doesn't employ enough officers to ensure public safety (even if they weren't fucking us over so bad) now. How in the hell does he intend on providing enough security required?

This city doesn't have the room to host such an event. Though, they can set up the track around what's left of the Greens - betcha new land speed records can be set!

Thankfully, I will be retired and watching the hilarity, if it comes to pass, on a few acres in New Mexico or Sedona....

***Chicago Olympics***,
the City of Murder, Mayhem and Graft,
a place where our Alderman can teach you a secret craft.
Gang Banging thugs have the protection of the Media Paper;
they'll bring up old Police wounds and create a renewed Caper.
Be careful that the City of race baiting Reverands-dont't get you in their hooks;
for this is Cook County,
the home of the Daley Crooks,
This is a State full of Convicted Political Hacks;
a place where you'll find plenty knives in peoples backs.
The City of Nepotism and greasing of the hands,
is run by an illiterate Mayor who stutters through his vocal glands.
Welcome to Chicago and spend your money here;
the home of Da Mayor who lives with Federal indictment fear.

I think that Obama will be serving his second term as US President as Chicago is enjoying the Olymoics.

With Obama'a promises of jobs for the poor and free health care and taxing the hell out of rich white people, the crime rate in Chicago will be nill in comparison to today's levels.

Thank God Obama won!

Another media clown busted. LOL

Philadelphia television station KYW says newscaster Larry Mendte won't be on the air ''pending further investigation.''

The CBS-owned station released a statement Sunday saying it's cooperating with an investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office.

This comes after Mendte's lawyer said Saturday that FBI agents approached his client Thursday and searched his home in connection with ''claims made by Alycia Lane.'' She's his former co-anchor who was fired in January.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Monday that Mendte is alleged to have opened Lane's private e-mail on many occasions over several months and the FBI is looking into whether he passed information gleaned from those e-mails to spread gossip on her to the media.

A cop friend in Atlanta said all municipal, county, and state officers were forced to work for a little over a month, 2 shifts a day, 12 hours a day, no days off for approximately 2 weeks before the opening ceremonies through a week or so after the closing ceremonies. OT blood money.

Look for the State to detail a bunch of troopers to the area (State Fair might have to be cancelled in '16 if Chicago gets it, God forbid) as well as temporary volunteers from other states to assist with the law enforcement function (State had a few officers down in Salt Lake City for the Winter Games a few years back).

Retired PO's would probably have to be hired on as well. Gonna need alot more than what Chicago and the State currently has just to do the everyday, non-Olympic work.

I am looking forward to hosting the Olympics in Chicago and seeing the debut of several new events, here in the nation's Heartland - such as:

the Urban biathalon: run, pants hanging off yo ass, then shootin yo Charter Arms or Taurus pistol at a moving target - extra points if you keep your drawers on and the gun don't fall apart

the dope relay 4x4- you pass the cheeto flamin hot bag of dope instead of a baton

the New Jack City High Jump- see who can jump off the highest floor of a project building, then run

co-ed boxing: baby's momma and daddy bare-fisted boxing. Loser gets free medical care at St. Roger's, winner goes to jail.

Blue Light Steeple Chase- marked squad hits the Mars lites, everyone runs. You medal if you don't get caught, run over or shot.
Automatic gold if you get run over, or shot and still get away.

Any others I might have missed?

Why has the Department spent $12,000,000 for two Silvercrest two-man submarines? Now the Marine Unit is saying they have to re-build their dock to house these things. Who'se behind that contract I wonder?

6/05/2008 11:14:00 PM
Anonymous Anonymous said...

If a WC asks for a To/From, give it to him/her. "This To-From is being submitted on the order of Sgt./Lt./Capt. (Insert name) to explain his/her tour of duty. This information is readily available via the PCAD system, but I am complying with the above order and will reiterate this information. Call OEC and ask for a printout of your Beat's activity. During the tour, I answered my calls as follows: 1, 2, 3 (Include every detail from start to finish) Then, explain that you did not observe a moving violation or illegally parked car (If you did not) and if you had, you would have written citations. Then, MAKE SURE you are downing your car to submit this report OR are submitting for overtime to do so.

It should be the last time anyone on the watch should have to do this report.

However, if you are denied time off and have requested it in a reasonable amount of time, especially if the WC was foolish enough to announce the denial will be a disciplinary repercussion and not a manpower need (Absolutely a grievance and unfair labor practice)in front of many witneses - he/she will have to explain their action. No one should have to point this out, but this post should suffice.

If you are joe citizen working in non-service jobs downtown, expect two weeks off during the Olympics at da mayors urging.

Expect no traffic any where near the venues on event days.

I can foresee LSD, King drive, Cottage grove, Michigan and Indian aves. on the south side used as shuttle bus only routes. LSD, Ashland for the north side.

All parking to outlying areas, with express lanes on JFK and Ryan used for shuttle buses.
Plus, CTA, Metra line upgrades.

Remember, visitors to the games will be spending their time in the tourist areas of the city that are normal destinations today. Venues in less desirable hoods will most likely have a 2-6 block cordon around them a for security. That is how it always is for the last several Olympics.

Here they come!

When Finnagan and his dirty group they will be somebody little bitches, pople get use to their surroings I bet they are even going to like to be treated like a little girls, maybe want to get implants other convicts, I think Jerry and Herrera would look good to the criminals with boobs, and guess who will be paying for it, the good hard working cops. Abate thank u for all you done for us, so people do not complain about the Mayor or Superintendet write a letter to Jerry, Herrera, Abate, Gun Team, the officers that decidcd to go in the prostitution business, and bosses who knew these were were dirty and greed took over.
