Its Bud Billiken pool day. Where all the bosses put in their over/under for the parade. They all negotiate the boundaries for event's fair game. Scoring is as follows person killed 5points, person shot/stabbed 4 points, fights 3 points ,kids left unattended at poleeese day care 1point. Who ever comes in closest wins. Get your money ready my peeps.

There's no big news here. Every Supt. holds regular Exempt meetings. Any changes the Supt. may make will occur well before the meeting.
Maybe its a big pep talk to tell them how they are doing a great job.
I see this as more of the same 'ol same 'ol. With Masters in the catbird seat as Chief of Staff, the Mayor has effectively stripped the Supt. of much of his control over the Dept. Some moves have already been made that smack of "The Chicago Way" already, so expect more of the same. Beavers may well be the last one standing with "hog balls" when this is over.
