Death Penalty Case?
- Dorothy Tillman was found guilty today of misdemeanor trespassing in Montgomery, Ala. — but that didn’t stop the outspoken former aldermen from proclaiming her innocence.
Tillman said at the time she was “brutalized” by local police and hospital security guards, who she claimed pointed a Taser at her.
Montgomery Municipal Presiding Judge Les Hayes III didn’t see the case the same way today, ordering Tillman to pay a $350 fine and $191 in court costs and serve 10 days in jail, said Ken Nixon, deputy court administrator.
Montgomery isn't Chicago Dorothy and your bullshit posturing doesn't play there. Thank god.

I heartily salute the hospital police, the Montgomery Police and Judge Les Hayes III for doing the right thing. Even though "The Hat" 's time is considered served, this is a huge moral victory, nonetheless. God Bless Alabama!
