Where Have We Heard This

  • Bond was set at $75,000 Wednesday for a northwest Indiana man arrested for allegedly attempting to carry a loaded handgun through a security checkpoint at O'Hare on Tuesday.

Goce Stojanovski, 47, of the 1100 block of West Driftwood Trail in Crown Point is charged with trying to board an aircraft with a weapon, according to police.

We seem to recall certain people being "exempt" from the law as applied to this poor schlub.

If I were the Hoosier, I'd show the double-standard of the Law with the CPD Commander being given a play from arrest/prosecution, as my example.....

Let's see JFED reopens an investigation on a PO in 025 which causes him to lose his job, but yet a CO who should have been arrested for a UUW is swept under the rug and is still on the job???? Great MORAL booster.

SCC, no one here has a problem with a dissenting view of a Boss. Allowing one to post a comment describing her as a "bitch" is beneath even YOUR shallow standards.
I know we can do better than that.

Anyone stopped at the checkpoint for carrying any type of contraband, whether they are arrested or not, is subject to substantial civil fines. It is very possible that this police commander will receive a bill in the mail for up to 20 grand in fines.
