ok, so what was in this Dugan letter?
Augh! Some of us haven't heard or seen this letter. Please relate what it says!
My son came down with H1N1 and he was very sick. My wife and got a spin off of the flu and we both almost had to be admitted into the hospital. Brother and sisters out there take and take it easy if you start to feel like shit take it easy and slow down. Medical time is a good option.

Actually, we do like to hear about Mealer and Barnas.Its like being on a reality show where you think a boss cant get more shitty, outrageous, and dangerous, and yet we are never disappointed. He always comes thru by sinking to new lows. We think we are doing a favor for any p.o. thinking of transferring in to 017, let them know what it is like here. Too bad, it used to be a great place to work.

Dude, we feel your pain in 017, but you got some competition with 192 who got the stupidist most evil Lt. and the cherry on top is a nitwit liar for a chief. Just when you think these 2 came up with the most retarded directive, they top themselves every F'n day.

Apparently he wrote a TFS report to patrol essentially blaming them for the death of Officer Valadez for not being proactive enough (i.e. traffic stops, arrests, activity, guns) since no one in this department has our backs. I would like to see the report myself.

Autopsy Results: Chicago woman was strangled in her Hyde Park apartment.

An autopsy today showed that a 54year old Hyde Park woman found dead in her apartment Saturday with a cord around her neck was strangled, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Her death was ruled a homicide.
Charlene Miller's body was found about 9:15 a.m. Saturday in her apartment in the 5400 block of South Ellis Avenue.
Authorities, citing preliminary information, said the woman was found with a curling iron cord around her neck.
Police had no suspects in custody this afternoon.

I don't know Barnas but just because you read a few negative comments about him here doesn't mean anything. They may even be from the same guy. Admittedly and unfortunately some people do change when they get promoted but don't take it as gospel that Barnas has changed based on these few comments.

Gushes is in her prime. She will be the commander and led her troops into battle. Gushes has the education and street experience to take command. Remember, if she was dumped, where will she go?
