Chicago Violence on DRUDGE
- Three men were fatally shot. One man was fatally stabbed. Police shot one man and at least seven other people were wounded by gunfire -- including an 8-year-old boy sitting in his bedroom -- during an especially violent six hours late Wednesday and early Thursday mainly on the South and West Sides.
These strings of shootings and killings seem to come in waves, but once again, the weather is conspiring to keep a lid on violence. Low to middle 70's this weekend and we might catch a break, which is a good thing as the Districts are running out of crime scene tape...again.

The killings don't stop because it's 60 or 70 degrees out there!!!
Crimes of opportunity, like robbery, theft. Etc might be weather or holiday related but not gang related shootings!!
Gang related shooting over a one year Average mainly depends on how many aggravated battery survivorsxand their direct association within the ranks of their gang ,
Even though you might have less homicides than last year, but your retaliation events will be higher. If you arrest too many gang bangers and locknthem up for a few months then all you did was DELAY the retaliation events which means you will have more shotings in September (schools) - October And November...
The key is prosecution after the arrest and parole violations. Otherwise, a never lasting revolving door until this generation of violence is done with - in 25 years or so!!
Lay low and stick together.

The Daley Crime Family doesn't own The Drudge Report like they 'own' the local media.
The local rags are teetering on the brink of bankruptcy like many other newspapers across America. The crime Family's tentacles control many corporations and if pushed by the Mayor, he could get their advertisers to pull out of the newspapers advertising revenue stream thereby pushing them over the edge into bankruptcy.
Oh Yes! It could happen! Just disobey the Stuttering Prick and find out!
Or would it be easier to just go along and not chance the livelihoods of all of your employees???
With Jody's freakish looks is it possible that he is some mad scientist with the ability to change the weather. It has been the coolest summer in history. Maybe this is part of his new plan to curb violence this summer. Keep the temperatures ten to 15 degrees below normal and hope for the best.

The man stabbed grew up across the street from me. Youngest of 5 children born to his mother who did her best to keep him off the streets. I even took him flying with me in my plane a few times, trying to get him interested in something other than being a shithead.
Sometimes, it takes more than just good neighbors and a caring mom...sometimes, it takes just a good ol' fashion ASS KICKING from a father figure ... some tough love.
I remember my dad telling me, "You can join ANY gang you want to...you don't have to worry about anybody killing you...'cuz I'll fucking kill you myself!!!'
He was a Sergeant in Gangs South at the time, and I was a snot nosed 15 year old with a bit of a smart alec attitude.
Thanks Dad...for scaring the shit out of me...and steering me straight.
I have a 6 year old son who LOVES the police and all things related...I hope he grows up to be a fine young man, regardless of career choice...as long as it is an upstanding career...I'll give him the same love and support my parents gave me and pray some savage doesn't come around and make me go to jail killing him to protect my children...but if it comes to it...I'll kill any savage interfering with my kid...and I hope the police and jury will understand why.

Whoever wrote this is so correct.. Thanks to people like Oprah and Phil Donahue parents believe it's illegal to spank your children. It's NOT!!!!!!!! Sorry ladies but it takes men to raise men, though some of you do a great job on your own because the person who fathered your child wasn't a man. It's really time for the American man to step up, the strong individual, self made men that made this country what it was. Men who could care less if you call them racist, sexist, homophobic, or whatever. They shoot from the hip and get shit done. Problem is we have so many guys, who ain't men, running around sticking their Di(& in any woman who will let them and they have 3 and 4 kids they "buy pampers for." These are the shits we need to straighten out. Touchy feely liberals, women to some extent, and money grubbing lawyers are what is killing us and permitting the aforementioned assholes go around unchecked. We need a rebirth of manhood in this country..
They can use yellow duct tape in a pinch.
