Good News Again
- Police nabbed three robbery suspects Monday morning following a police chase that ended with the thieves’ vehicle crashing on the Kennedy Expressway, police said.
Just after 11 a.m., police responded to a reported robbery in the 3400 block of West Foster Avenue, according to police News Affairs Officer Michael Fitzpatrick.
Witnesses told police that three offenders stopped a currency exchange employee as he opened the currency exchange for business Monday morning, Fitzpatrick said.
All three were apprehended and the proceeds recovered. Good job people.

When will they get sued for causing the poor robbers to crash? Loevy? Are you there yet?
Fucking scumbags.
Keep busting your ass for Duggan and JPUD, you reward will be time in a federal prison on some trumped up civil rights violation.
Good Job Officers....
Law enforcement is usually accomplished by finding honest, dedicated and unshakable people of high moral and ethical character, giving them the training needed to make correct split-second decisions, collect and record information to stand up to legal scrutiny in a court of law and stand up to incredible resistance to perform all these tasks.
You guys make us all look good !
I can't seem to get this image out of my head of some WC or DC, scouring the Dept Rules, Regs and Orders just looking for a reason to initiate a CR or SPAR these guys for the Veh Pursuit and crash on I-94.
That would surely be a "badge of honor" to include and highlight in the Commander's Application packet!
J-Pud would be ecstatic and immediately promote said POS.
As a citizen of Albany Park, God bless the Chicago Police. Our fine officers deserve a ten percent pay raise.
The mayor not only has skewed priorities. He's salting away a billion taxpayer dollars in off-shore accounts for his Olympic obsession. This is the actual reason for sending his capos to Zurich with steamer trunks full of ill-gotten cash.
With all the corruption on his watch, the Justice Dept. and local media must mount a full scale attack on La Cosa Daley.
Nice job guys....................
What the hell happened in the 6500 west block of Highland on Mon? Bunch of cars and the crime lab on scene.
