Defense Fails

Good news! The "Jerry Did It" defense fails miserably:
  • An Oak Lawn man on trial on charges he killed a former drug customer who he believed had stolen from him was found guilty of murder Thursday evening, according to court records. Jurors rejected the man's claim that a former Chicago police officer was responsible for the death.
Nice to see a jury with brains sitting in the box when it counted. Hopefully, the civil suits go the same way.

Dan Nevarez was not from Oak lawn, he is from the Garfield Ridge neighborhood!! I should know, he lived on my street. He sold his house to his family, they rented it to a cop, who resigned, after he was caught up in the Jefferson Tap mess. He moved out in the middle of the night and now the murderer's family is renting it to a bunch of low life trailer trash goofs.
The guilty verdict was the right one!!!

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

To help quell this violence in the 22nd Dist. Mike Masters decided to detail 10 (ten) PPO's from training districts to the 022nd District.

Hey MIke, that is NOT really going to have any impact.

Hey PPO's, keep your heads down and listen to what the veteran officers tell you.

Mistake #1 was killing the guy.
Mistake #2 was hiring Stu Goldberg to defen him. Stu is more interested in looking at himself in the mirror.

Chuck Norris is responsible for the death; he did a scissor kick in the air on a movie set and the force of the wind killed the drug customer from 2000 miles away.

Goldberg reminds of that singer Morris Day. Hed always have his hair perfect and have some little lackey carrying a big mirror around so he could look at himself.
Anyone that hires that idiot deserves to go to jail.
