He Won't Make Money?
- Mayor Daley did not mince words when asked if the negative story about Michael Scott's potential financial interest could cast a cloud over the city's chances for 2016.
"Why would anybody write that story without checking the facts? You check the facts. He never had an interest. None whatsoever," Daley said.
The Tribune reported a Scott lead team had support from various alderman to develop city owned vacant lots near Douglas Park, which would also double as the cycling venue if Chicago is named the host city.
Never had a monetary interest, maybe.
But he advised a team of reverends (with aldermanic support) on how to make a pile of money by greasing the skids to an insider deal of immense proportions. These reverends (who end up campaigning for aldercreatures, mayors, county board reps and even governors) might have some vested interest in making sure that their "adviser" isn't bumped out of his cushy spot - or moved to a cushier spot.
You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours - otherwise known as "quid pro quo" Chicago-style. And all done at taxpayer expense.

Off Topic but worth noting:
A buddy of mine worked O'bama today and was told that starting Wednesday King Ritchie was cutting back the number of openings per shift from 5 to 4. He supposedly also is having Secret Service cut one of their posts. Something about it costing the city too much money. The Feds pay most, if not all, of the funds for this special employment yet King Ritchie is sticking his nose in and fucking with it. Why doesn't Ritchie cut some of the 20-22 personal assistants...I mean security specialists that he has? With them all making Sgt.'s pay and ample overtime I'd say thy're costing the city way too much money. Whadda ya say Ritchie??

And where do these west side mininsters get the money to buy up all this property? They are always crying about how poor their flock is and how the city should be giving them more money and services. The answer is and always will be that the "reverends" are acting a money launderers for the gangs. Taking proceeds from narcotics sales and washing it clean since the "Churches" don't have to explain where the money came from. The Mayor doesn't care since some of that money will eventually get to him in some form. The reason the mayor is pushing so hard for the olympics is that he is looking at such a incredible payday if it happens. Of course the residents of the city will have to deal with the problems that come with a bankrupt municipality after the fact. I hope Daley and all his lapdogs burn in hell for eternity.

Daley has no shame and it's constanly shoved in the face of the citizens of Chicago. This is just beginning....and we do even have the blessing from the Olympic committee that the games are coming here. Daley can't run city government without fraud, outright lies, patronism and other criminal acts. This whole Olympic bid is just over the top, "Daley" over the top. It's pathetic.
If Daley was truly on the up and up he would have had immediately set up a "fraud and ethics" team that he or any of his city hall clowns, reverands, and other politicos who only strive to "cash-in" would have absolutely no say in. Totally independent. No team-member "connected" in any way. The fraud/ethics team would have put a thumbs down on Scott who is not only already connected to the city with his Board of Ed job, but is also on an Olympics committee. The whole scenario stinks and Daley lashes out to anyone who questions the "chef" on his pot of fraud that is stewing on the city stove.
I can smell the shit from here.

The west side ministers are a bunch of thieves hiding behind some kind of store front ministry. They remind me of the mob in the 30's who want a piece of the money pie. Most of the reverands drive brand new luxury cars and sit back and say what's in it for me?? Do some strong-armin, let others do the work while I line my pockets in the name of Jesus. Daley falls for this because this is patronage base, his votes. These ministers should be preaching against the drugs, the thugs with guns, the teenage pregnancies, the baby momma/daddy drama. They should be preaching to stay in school, sit still and listen, BEHAVE and allow the teachers to teach, to strive for a decent family unit, stay out of trouble (don't hang in the hood) and strive to self-sustain with a job. Preach against (NOT FOR) the continuous demands of government hand-outs, from housing to LINK to buying your kid's school supplies.
There is a retired PO that has a small company. He has written twice to the Olympic committee, once to Ryan, Once to Healy.

Maybe the media should be checking on David Doig's relationship with Michael Scott. Doig is the former supt. of the park district who along with his family helped Scott buy up a lot of the land on the boulevards. He gets appointed to lead the park district as Scott is named to head the park district board.
It's amazing how afraid Richie is of the black community. Any 'white' who screws up - right under the bus - and he says "I don't know him"...But he stands behind Scott and Trotter bc he is afraid to upset the black community! That would be true, IF they were 'preachers', and not the street hustlers that they really are.
What does the scripture say about those who will claim to be espousing the teachings of Jesus, but, instead, preach only what gains them the trappings of the flesh?
Those reverends are worshipped, just like Baal, The Golden Calf, Yahweh Ben Yahweh, David Koresh, Jim Jones and Rev. Moon. :(
