This is one of the biggest reasons for the slumped economy. Screw all the other stuff. It is the bottom feeding creatures that find ways to sue for anything and everything. I don't just mean in the public sector either. The private sector, especially medical, ie. drug companies, doctors, insurance companies. To anyone who thinks one union cannot represent supervisors adequately I point to IAFF, Local 2, all CFD personnel are represented and it seems to work for them.

Additionally - if you were to decertify PBPA and the CPSA you would be starting over with absolutely nothing. No $ no building and no contract rights. How about when she took 022 tact on a high speed chase in her personal car? she was stopped and would not show on duty police her id/star. She then said f u and sped off. She was then stopped attempting to get on the Ryan by a 5th dist Lt. She was watch commander on duty in 002 with 2200 start. She was stopped at 2345 hours. Biatch!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a bright side to this story...whatever money she may get from the city will most likely be redirected to a few supervisors from 003 who filed EEOC beefs against her. She cost the city big $$$$$ several years ago when they settled another EEOC beef filed against her when she was in 002. I just don't get it cost the city $$$$ on an EEOC payout and what do they do they promote her to Commander thus empowering her to better discriminate against her subordinates costing the city yet even more $$$$$

Something is rotten here; a Sgt is under indictment, CCSA claims a million is missing, anonymous posters claim nothing is missing, it is all a big mistake.
That is kind of a wide chasm between opinions, a million is missing, no it's not. PBPA is broke, no it isn't, FOP is no damn good, FOP tried to screw the supervisors. Give me a break.
This much is certain, for a union that so many claim is no damn good, FOP is the only labor organization to stand up to the city right now, the only one that has a good chance at winning it's members a raise and a finalized contract by next 4th of July. The other three are all hanging their hats on their "me too" clause. Even the 4 and 2 had the PBPA following, not leading. Lt's and Capt's were playing catch up, the non-leaders that they are.
"Hey, what about us" they screeched like schoolgirls when they weren't included in the 4 and 2. Yeah, that damned FOP doesn't do anything for it's members. Then why aren't the supervisor's unions the first one's out there with agreements for their members?
Why don't they take the lead in arbitration? The FOP is so bad yet the white shirts are content to let the FOP do all the heavy lifting and then they sit back and bum rap the FOP and reap the benefits and moan how they have to take 16 extra days off a year for the same pay and that means 16 days they don't get their 45 minutes of unearned OT on the books for leaving early.
Oh that really sucks, 16 more days a year the supervisors don't get their 45 minutes of OT a day for doing nothing. That really sucks. They have to stay at home or go work their second job, oh my, what a shafting!

Personally, I must have benefitted from that order.... I didnt have to or want to stand at the desk and smell those piss bums who laid in the lobby all night!
