The booming preacher's voice he often used to staunchly defend Mayor Richard Daley's policies at City Hall was missing Monday as a stone-faced Ald. Isaac "Ike" Carothers quietly pleaded guilty in federal court to bribery and tax charges, bringing to 29 the number of aldermen — his father included — to be convicted over the last four decades.
The felony conviction capped a stunning fall for Carothers, who admitted his guilt in exchange for a 28-month prison term. Carothers was that rare alderman who agreed to work undercover for federal authorities, wearing a wire and secretly recording other public officials and businessmen. Next month he is scheduled to testify at the trial of a developer accused of providing Carothers with $40,000 in home improvements for backing a controversial project in his 29th Ward.
How about handing out sentences of 12 to 20 years in the pen? That would loosen some tongues and get some investigations rolling along.

Party Primaries are the voters chance to knock the incumbents out of the General Election.
General Elections are the voters chance to vote for non-incumbent candidates who've either won their party's candidacy in the Primaries or are candidates who are not members of either historically dominant party.
As long as the Election Boards control the prerequisites imposed upon those citizens desirous of serving their fellow citizens, via elected public office, and as long as said Election Boards are controlled by members of the two dominant parties, neither Primary Elections nor General Elections will provide the voting public with candidates not beholden to said two dominant parties.

well first thing is that it would be the store manager's responsibility to fill out a simple Form 8300, Report of Cash Payments Over $10,000 Received in a Trade or Business. And it would be submitted to the store's receiving bank with the deposits who then forwards it to the IRS. A lowly security guard could not be involved in this matter.
and also there are quite a few loop holes
one being if the cash received is 50% or less of a total sale, then it does not have to be reported.
Exception for certain installment sales.
A cashier's check, bank draft, traveler's check, or money order is not treated as cash if it is received in payment on a promissory note or an installment sales contract (including a lease that is considered a sale for federal tax purposes). However, this exception applies only if:
1.You use similar notes or contracts in other sales to ultimate consumers in the ordinary course of your trade or business, and
2.The total payments for the sale that you receive are 50% or less of the purchase price.

They get a ton of money when they part out the car, so when we are waitng for cars to come back back the body shop, our own areas could be putting a simple fender of door or BULLSHIT bumpers that the mayor doesn't want to see with a crack or peeling paint running around the city, and by the way they pay the crooked ass bodyshops $900 for a rubber bumper instead of putting this money to buy cars, Why can't Fran, Micheal Sneed, Dave Savini, Chuck Gouldy and the little one Pam Zekman look into the practices of Fleet, the dept that runs our beloved garages, Because as much as they bang the city they fear the little guy, We need cars and equipment and the mayor gets away with giving money to thieves, this company was the lowest bidder out of 2 companies, bet it was a schill company and if they paid attention I just bet some of the mayors pal have jobs there and plenty of donations for all. re: Grace and Laramie. If no one left their vehicles more than likely a supervisor called vehicles for a meet in order to log them. It seems like a good location since that whole area seems to be turning to shit.

Are you aware that if you become aware of an incident involving a city employee that you are supose to report it?
Off duty officer strikes a vehicle of a ex-friend and the ex-friend told her brother who is CPD and he had to report to IAD to explain why he didn't notify someone in the department. He was off duty and not at the scene. Just related to him by his sibling who also told him 911 was called and a supervisor had responded! Had nothing to do with him...at all!

Regarding the $10,000 cash reporting requirement to the IRS:
When that law was first enacted, cash transactions that large were very rare and sure to be noticed.
In the ensuing 70+ years transactions that large have become routine in many businesses.
So even if the paper work was filled out and submitted, it would be just one of thousands filed every day.
More will fall soon!!! Other AlderF*cks are starting to sweat, the saga continues in Chicago politics.
