Quinn = Moron

  • Gov. Pat Quinn criticized the Prisoner Review Board over the weekend for the early release of a man now charged with murder, but he ignored a vital fact: While he says the board should have ordered Edjuan Payne held for six months, his administration recommended two, about the same amount of time Payne was locked up.

    Payne was serving time for criminal damage to property when he got out last fall as part of Quinn's secret early prison release program, although he also had an earlier murder conviction. He was sent back in January for violating parole on the property damage charge by drinking alcohol and not properly reporting to his parole agent. He was freed in March. On Friday, he was charged with murder in Peoria.
So Quinn criticizes the Board, even though the offender was part of Quinn's own secret early release program? Wow. Anyone seen McCotter lately? Is that a target on his back?

Remember, this career Machine/Combine politician is campaigning on a platform of higher taxes, a business un-friendly environment and more debt/borrowing for our futures. Are you registered to vote in November?

The Illinois Department of Corrections parole unit is a JOKE, I personally one month ago tried to have a paroled career criminal violated for a homicide investigtion I was conducting that was C/I'D by the State's Attorney's office. They told me they could not violate his parole because the murder happended in 2006 when he was awaiting trial. So I asked them then to violate his parole because he provided IDOC a false address, we executed a search warrant on his home and he was not living at his paroled address but a location 6 miles away. IDOC told me that ifthey violatedeveryonethatgave a false address they would haveno beds available. INV. HOPKINS @IDOC is a DOG ASS!!!!!!!!!!

Early release does'nt save any money anyway. It costs more to round them up a second time than it would to just leave them there. And the second victim would just as soon not be. He must have forgotton about Willie Horton.

What happened to McCotter? This was his job. Quinn is smart. Deny his policy and complain and deflect the blame.

PRB members are appointed by the Govenor. Board Members Madison, Tyler and Board President Montes almost always vote for release. They have released two convicted Chicago Police Cop killers in the last decade. Ofiicer Tucker and Strugala's killers have been released by this board of political hacks.
Great web sites that will educate you on these important issues are and
GO TO PAROLE HEARINGS. The Chicago Police Memorial sends a bus down for ever hearing. It does make a difference. If you truly want to honor our fallen then get on the bus. When the parole board see's all of these Officers they know WE are watching. The convicted have their people there every time without fail.

And finally some fucking high ranking white shirts need to step up to the plate and show up. Lead by example. Smaller depts. have their Chiefs there. It's a fucking disgrace we can't get one.

Say what you will but Cline is the only boss to get this thing rolling and for that the families of the fallen are truly grateful.

"Quinn = Moron"

Redundant today, aren't we?

Are you referring to Quinn, the governor or the little voices in his head that he appears to be communicating with whenever he's asked a tough question, like "How are the Cub's gonna do tonight, Governor?"

That En Banc Springfield bus usually leaves headquarters at 4 am. You have to get up at say 2 am to make it. No supervisor or especially no exempt is going to put up with that in order to take an uncomfortable bus ride to a parole hearing, then stand in a crowded room for an hour and then return by 1230 to the headquarters withgh no sleep with only a stop at a downstate McDonald's thrown in. There isn't any exempt in this depoartment that will do that.

Who cares about McCotter? He knew what he was getting into with Quinn. And besides once Jody took over he just stayed quiet and took the money. Do you really think he got promoted under Jody for looking out for us? Also why does he need CPD officers at IDOC when we are so short?
