Serial Killer Again?

  • Chicago police are investigating whether four women found strangled in vacant buildings over the past two years were killed by the same attacker, authorities said Tuesday.

Three of the attacks are linked by evidence, while the most recent slaying last weekend fits the pattern, though forensic testing has not been completed, said [meri-clout-orious] Calumet Area Lt. Anthony Carothers [D-Ike (prison)]

The women have been found strangled in vacant or abandoned buildings in the Roseland and West Pullman neighborhoods, police said.
All of the victims have extensive "high risk" lifestyle choices in their past.

And due to a recent "reclassification" directive, supernintendo J-Fled has declared that these "indoor" homicides were unpreventable and there really isn't much the police could have done anyway.

Just posted in the C.O. Book:

Due to the shortage in the Detective Division, and compounded by the rise in homicides: Detectives will now carry ANOV books and issue ANOVs to homicide offenders with proper identification. This should help with both the clearance rate and the City budget.

Additionally: homicides will only be counted if the victim was an actual victim and didn't deserve it. Under the new guidelines Chicago is leading all major cities with two homicides.

Well, it's really not a problem...once you separate the INSIDE stranglings from the OUTSIDE stranglings, there really isn't much cpd can do about it...

We can start putting signs up... no murdering between 7pm to 7am. Then we wiLL put up more CAMERAS, and if you get caught murdering a ticket wiLL be sent to your residence with a fine of 100 dollars. Just watch out for three fLashes and then expect a ticket with a picture and a fine.

It obviously isn't a serial killer because the FBI has a whole unit dedicated to catching serial killers. Since there is nothing law enforcement can do about murders which happen inside, obviously can't be the work of a serial killer since serial killers have been caught in the past. Besides, J-Fed would recognize a serial killer because of his extensive training and experience and get people on it right away, right? They probably all just accidentally strangled them selves, or were running with a knife and fell on it or something.

There was a homicide on 79 Peoria, man found shot in chest, not self inflicted. Do we care or not? I'm confused.

I'm sure serial killers nationwide are happy to hear of the reclassification and non-preventive labels now put on their crimes by J-Fled.
