- I work in 011 and about two nights a go a call comes in of a person with a gun. The description is a paralyzed man named" bro man" robbed a dice game. Then fled the scene with another male in a car. The reason this is funny is because jody sat down with labar "bro man" spann at his secret meeting. Hey jody I guess mr. Threatening these jagoffs is the equivalent of jagoff "bosses" threatening me for activity/productivity...the more often and louder they bark, the less and less they get. Now factor in the willingness of numerous law firms to represent these pooches pro bono when it comes time to sue the arresting officers for any contrived error, and you have the perfect storm.
So keep telling what you expect from me, "boss". Keep telling me that you've "got my back" when you make absurd demands. Keep trying to rule by fear and punishment such as the separating of partners and switching of cars and start times.

OT FOX Business News had a segment on Chicago and Daley's looming departure today. Stuart Varney and the host did not paint Daley in a friendly light. Said that he is leaving the city in dire straights and has no viable solutions to offer.
Varney went on to say that Chicago has two options out of it's 650 million dollar shortfall. Option 1 is a bailout from the state, but Illinois is the most depressed state in America. Option 2 is a federal bailout like New York and California are soon to get. Both agreed that we can't and shouldn't have to afford that.
Nice to see some media beyond Shortshanks' control telling it how it REALLY is.

However the author must have forgot that all of the bosses, merit or not were in fact Blue Shirts at one time.
Most of the blue Shirts on this job today are nothing but report takers and can not Police their way out of a paper bag.

You are retired and a retired Sgt at that. Even assuming you have maintained your FOP membership you are not a member of the bargaining unit and haven't been for years.
