Warnings Continue

Truly sad:
  • According to David Kaplan of "Chicago Tribune Live" on Comcast SportsNet, he has been told that MLB teams, whether they are coming to Chicago to play the Cubs OR the Sox have been warned to watch out for "Michigan Ave flash mobs."
The Daley legacy keeps digging a deeper hole.

Windy City Mobs! Rule the streets! They are now saying that the body count at the morgue is from a west side gang WAR! Are military veterans come back from war only to watch street gangs using public streets and parks as their battlefields.

Oh, these are the perfect guys to walk around the city carrying bats! They might actually be able to do what WE can't.

Everyone should stay out of that area and not give the chosen ones anymore victims.

Take your tourist business elsewhere. Don't feed the Predators !!!!!!

i know its bad, but now thats a stretch..its not time to panic yet. what are we becoming a nation/city of pussies?

a few juvenile strong arm robberies and the city starts shutting down. what will we do when the terrorists attack or someone invades us?

Maybe the visiting teams need to be housed at hotels by the airport... you know, in the suburbs, where the police departments still have enough manpower to protect their law abiding citizens.

Now we learn exactly why Daley demanded that police protection detail. Daley knew how unsafe his downtown was and got the bodyguards while the gettin' was good.

Very crafty of him.

Places to stay away from in Chicago: West Side (Lawndale, Austin etc.) Englewood, Pullman, North Michigan Ave, Oak St Beach, North Ave beach.

Well - at least it's out in the open now.

You would think having this "embarassment" on N. Michigan Avenue would prompt Rahm to tell McPuppet to saturate the area and bang some heads.

We'll see. I am not holding my breath.

Sneed thinks retirees will come back, IN UNIFORM, to fight the teen thugs downtown and on the lakefront. HAH!

While bringing back retirees may be a plan, NO WAY on the street and in uniform. They COULD, however, come back in a civilian capacity and work the desk or man some of those inside spots that the new Supt. is vacating to put more PO's on the street... but, of course, I've mentioned that here on SCC several times in the last few months, so rather than showing that Sneed is having an original thought, it shows that the MSM is still trolling on SCC for their story "ideas".

So here’s a Sneed tip . . .

Why not hire retired police officers for part-time work and let them work a few days a week shoring up the areas that need protection?

They’ve got their uniforms, their weapons, their equipment. Many of these guys have 30 to 40 years of police experience.

Sound like something worth thinking about? Just asking.

What are we becoming, a city of pussies, they ask. Well, if the shoe fits. No.1, it's more than a few robberies. No.2, you didn't see anybody get up and challenge these dick heads, even when the victim was autistic. I'm always carrying. Fuck the law. I can take the heat.

To Sneed:

"They’ve got their uniforms, their weapons, their equipment. Many of these guys have 30 to 40 years of police experience."

I've got the 30+ years experience and the seniority for any special employment for these thug-mobs.

With my wornout knees am I supposed to chase them like I could when I was just out of the academy.

Tell Rahm, HIRE MORE POLICE!

SUBJECT: Stay off the sauce

Hey Sneed...

1.) Hold your breath.

or

2.) Read my lips.
and
Look up the word retired.

The media, Daley, and the worst CPD bosses in the History of the Department (J-Fled et all) have destroyed my proud history in the CPD.

I think many professional teams hire security firms like Blackwater USA when they go out of town. I don't fancy dude's chances against a team of Blackwater operators.

This will go away soon. The thugs are getting hit with $200-300k bonds. Word of that gets around fast.

At a minimum, use retired officers for desk duties and inside jobs. They bring a wealth of information and will be a resource for younger officers. Why have young, full duty female secretaries when a 30 year veteran working part time can do the same job? They are willing to work part time and medical roll is not a issue. What a waste of experience and knowledge.

My best friend ( a copper ) was out walking her little dogs, when one of them started barking. She turned and saw a two legged ghetto mutt crossing the street. Mr. Mutt turned to her little dog and said " Ill cut your eyes out" . My friends response was to open her jacket and show her " little friend" and say " Yeah AND ILL BLOW YOUR FUCKIN HEAD OFF". Needless to say Mr. Mutt scurried away and my friend said " Thats what I thought". So yes my friends conceal carry does work.

worked the Blues Fest this past weekend...can't tell you how many tourists approached us and asked about these "multiple offender incidents", or whatever McCarthy wants to call them. Maybe a few more of these plus the usual south & westside casualties of the savagery, and Rahm will make a trip to DC & ask his bff for some federal funding for more police. yeah, riiiiiiight.

The surrounding states have less of a problem because they have carry, concealed laws. Our asswipe Quinn believes we might hurt ourself or someone trying to rob you. They don't obey the gun restrictions anyway. All were doing is becoming targets. I say get rid of Asswipe Quinn and problems will be solved including bringing back businesses to the state.

How about this idea?
When I retire from this shithole city, I do NOT want to live less than 100 miles near Chicago!

Get out of the area!

Only a "goofball" would retire and still live in this city, pay high taxes and the city giving you a hard time to carry a weapon for self defense!

So there goes Sneed's idea of hiring retire coppers to work for the city!

The photos, which are low-resolution, show three young people. Two appear to be male, one thin or medium in build, wearing a white shirt, dark cap, olive or khaki shorts and white sneakers with a dark tongue or dark laces, the other apparently with a heavier build, long hair, possible facial hair and a dark shirt.

The third appears to be a female, wearing a red cap with the brim facing to the right, a red T-shirt and a red sports jersey with the word "Hollister" and four numbers, including "19" and "2" on the left side, as well as dark pants or shorts.

Retirees:
Retirees filling in at the district station is a good idea. I am sure that there are some who would be willing to do it. They also have a tremendous amount of experience and would be an asset especially if the new Mayor and the Colonel change the way calls are directed at the communication center.
Flash Mobs:
I hope that this Flash Mob nonsense is taken care of before my Viet Nam brothers come here next weekend for the Welcome Home Anniversary in the downtown area. They will be staying at the Palmer House and other hotels in that area. I have already advised them of the recent turmoil occurring here and that they might encounter some of these assholes. They have already paid for their lodging and surely do not want to lose their investment. They will be bringing their families as well. They have earned the right to come to the big city and be left alone to enjoy all of this Big City has to offer without seeing a "Detroit". I know my "Nam" brothers will take the necessary precautions to protect their families and themselves. These Mob Flashers might bump into some of my brothers and perhaps the outcome won't be the way these assholes would like. I have warned them to be prepared and stay in groups. It would be sad if the CPD manpower would have to be supplemented by Veterans who are all over 60 wouldn't it!
