- Beale voted himself and his fellow 49 Alderman a 6% pay raise, yet denies the police a pay raise. Beale in a media interview requested that some benefits be stripped from police.
Beale on August 24, 2009 became the second alderman to concede his daughter was admitted (in 2004) to an elite free public college prep high school, Whitney Young High School, after he called principal Joyce Kenner.
In 2008 Beale spent more of his aldermanic expense account than any other alderman on public relations, with more than $16,000 paid to The Publicity Works, a company owned by longtime Democratic political consultant Delmarie Cobb.
Damn you evil policemen and women for making this city too poor to afford aldercreatures the luxuries their friends and political contributors deserve!

Question? Does Beale even have a college degree? I read his bio and cannot find anything other than a one year attendance at Blackburn College. Not that you actually need a college degree to be an alderman but it explains why this asshole has never had an original thought in his life.
And did he not vote with the full city council to ratify our current contract on 09 JUN 2010? Because if he did,... that means he knew about everything in our contract and voted to approve it. I wonder how many contracts Beale has done as he was told and voted yes for since he became alderman in 1999.The uniform allowance and duty availability have been in each contract for at least the last 20.years, And it has taken Beale this long to raise this issue.

This poster has it right. We can start with parkers on Sunday morning outside Meeks church, along with the church at 63rd Dorchester. Let Ball and Fletcher non-suit 50 tickets each and then leak to the press and let then explain why.

Seems to me that Blackburn's claim to fame back in the day was their "Work Study Program" where every student was expected to have a job and actually work regardless of their financial background.
Perhaps that would explain Beagle's short tenure there and the fact that he took a job that requires no work and allows him to live off the labor of others... you know, the "democratic way."
I'm not on the job anymore as I pulled the plug after 26 yrs to enjoy life. But I used to write parking tickets regularly at churches on Sunday morning. I use to get called into the office by the boss but would just say that I am doing my job. I also remeber a time when an Alderman pissed me off when he tried to stick his nose into a situation to stick up for 2 punks that I knew personally were nothing but trouble. Well when the alderman said that he would be calling my boss to have a talk with me I should him who was in charge. A week later when we rotate out watches and I was on 1st watch I went to the aldermans house and started to write as many tickets as possible on the blocks closest to his house. I wrote 37 tickets that night. 18 on his block including 2 on his car & one for his wife.
Hey let the bosses straighten the mess out when they complain.
If the city wants revenue then give it to them. Write where they don't want yyou to write. Then maybe one day someone will screw the city or a boss when they show that there is favoritism in this city when it comes to tickets.

A major drug operation that many suspect he knew about. Also strong rumors in the 5thDistrict that he gets a financial payout for these special patrol cops that write tickets and continually cause problems for the CPD. We can go on and on...
You forgot to mention that Beale also landed a plum job for his daddy at the State's Attorney's Office, after his less than illustrious career on the CPD

Writing tickets in the 7th Ward makes sense as the idiots who voted for Alderwoman Sandi Jackson have no one to complain too. Aldeerwoman Jackson spends the time her time in D.C. watching that her husband, Jesse Jackson Jr., keeps hia pants on. They even send their children to school in D.D. but not a public school.
Her position should be eliminated.
The more tickets means more revenue for Rahm and the City and less impact on CPD.
I tell everyone who complains about tickets that we are under direction from our superiors to show activity (and make revenue) upon the orders of the Superintendant and The Mayor.
I love giving tickets to those with stickers on their car that support the leftist agenda, denounce authority and obviously dislike the police. They have to commit a violation of course, but I may show leniency to those who still have a W'04 or a McCain/Palin sticker still afixed to their car.

IN MY HUMBLE OPINION THE FOLLOWING DISTRICTS SHOULD HELP TO ELIMINATE THE REVENUE SHORTFALLS THAT THE CITY IS FACING BECAUSE THEIR ELECTED POLITICIANS DEEM IT NECESSARY FOR A WAY TO BE FOUND TO GENERATE REVENUE.
These districts are 003, 004, 005 and 021 as they continue to support and elect members of the Jackson Crime Family.
Moving violations, parking violations and ANOV are appropriate. If the violators cannot pay and they are booted and towed then it is just another clunker that will not be polluting the atmosphere.
Ticketing is the way to go.

what if, instead of aldermen, we had city councilmen, say 17, all elected citywide, as the mayor is?
no electoral ward boundaries, only 17 districts, with each citywide elected councilman assigned responsibility, via lottery, for each of 17 districts, said districts apportioned by registered voter population only.

You can dislike or hate this guy for a number of reasons, but when you start to imply that he may have been responsible for the deaths of NY police officers during 9/11, it shows you're simply an ignorant asshole.
If it wasn't braindead Zombie Aldercreature Beale taking shots at the police it would some other Alderasswipe. Rahm uses these wannabe ward freaks to carry his dirty water around for him. Rahm is too busy now riding on Island Boy Brizzards shoulders trying to destroy the teachers union. Brizzard keeps asking Rahm, "What is that little hard thing poking me in the back of my head". Rahm relies, "Don't fret Island Boy you will see it when I decide to get rid of you".
Beale has contracted with a suburban based "security firm" to provide additional "protection" to some of the businesses in the 005th District along 103rd Street and parts of Michigan Avenue in the "hundreds". He fancies himself as having raised a security force that rivals the police. All he needs to do is find a way to grant them powers of arrest. As it is he takes every opportunity to villify the police and diminsh their role in the community they serve. He uses this tactic to secure votes from a constituency that traditionaly distrusts and hates the police.
Beale dispises the police and does any and everything in his power to reduce their effectiveness and morale by blaming them for most of the ills in his community. He also positions himself as being "fiscally responsible" by constantly trying to reduce the salary and benefits of the police cited in the contract. For him to make an issue of Duty Availability and Uniform Allowance is proof that he has no regard for the police or what they do.
He accusses them all of racism because he knows it plays well in the ghetto. This guy is no more than just another hypocritical politician who counts Rev. Meeks and his crew as friends, all of whom have a stake in the "redevelopment" of the area just north (and to a lesser degree to the south) of Area 2 and the Pullman Historical District. His politics and intentions are merely to line his own pockets, and those of his family and friends, without regard to seriously improving the plight of his constituents (who don't vote but for who they are told, if they vote at all). We are all in for a serious fight with this guy.
It's amazing to me that someone could be so blatant with his hypocracy and not be publicly called out by the police and the media. I'm guessing that most right minded people would force this fool to end these practices or that eventually his corruption, both material and moral, would be brought to light.
But, this is Chicago afterall, and we have come to accept this kind of behavior as commonplace.

The best reason to take care of this, is that when the next copper encounters the aniaml or savage he /she will be in the shit,you must strighten the assholes out from the start,legally hands on=hospital+TRR=lock them up!
