Time to Obliterate Another Gang

  • Three alleged gang members were in police custody this morning after they tried to run down an off-duty police officer who booted them from a Little Village restaurant for their rowdy behavior, officials said.

The officer, who was working as a security guard at the Mexican restaurant in the 3100 block of West 26th Street, fired two shots into the car, grazing the vehicle's driver in the head after he pinned the cop against against a fence in the parking lot, according to Pat Camden, a spokesman for the Fraternal Order of Police, which represents the department's rank-and-file.

Chicago police confirmed the shooting, but couldn't provide specific details, saying it remained under investigation.

This definitely could have turned into another Officer Lewis situation. Thank goodness it didn't.

Get well soon Officer.

I like Pat, but where is the Chicago Police Media Affairs spokesperson. So the FOP has one who helps are image, but the department doesn't. Is this more cost cutting. We pay union dues that pays for all of this.

The union spokesman should be talking about union issues for the most part and the department should be handling all others. I really like Pat but, the department is screwing us again.

COMSTAT BINGO

Speaking of "Obliterate".

It seems that the exempts that attend the weekly Compstat meeting have a sense of humor.

Sources say that a number of them are playing what is called:
"COMPSTAT BINGO"
DURING THE MEETING !!!!

The Bingo card has 25 different terms on it that Mc-DICKHEAD has coined since he came here from the shit States of New Jersey and New York. The first winner to make a "Bingo" is to "celebrate quietly and do not disturb the other players".

One has to wonder if Mc-Jersey will "Obliterate" any of the exempts if he catches them playing the Bingo games and dump them back to their non-exempt rank.

Many believe he will just make them an "XO" to another "XO" because he
REALLY HAS NO BALLS.

(SCC: I will email you a copy of one of the bingo cards later Thursday morning after the meeting)

Very scary today that these bastard Thugs have no fear going after the police. Back in the day (It seems soooo long ago) these assholes would have certainly thought twice about attacking a police officer. We can thank our spineless corrupt politicians and the brain dead media for this. Be extra careful and don't take any chances. The only one backing you up today are your fellow officers in blue.

HOW TO CONTROL "OCCUPY"

Attn. -- Mayor Emanuel

Police Supt. McCarthy

Chicago Park District

and other emergency planners --

"Hutchison Park can accommodate a large number of people and is set slightly below street level, which makes it easier to control from a policing standpoint. If selected as the so-called designated protest area during the G8/NATO summits in Chicago in May, many protest leaders said they will not be going there.

"Frankly it's insulting. The point of our protest is the G8 and NATO and not some be sodden [sic] field in the south end of Grant Park," Andy Thayer, protest organizer, said."

Out of the mouths of babes...

Thank you for your "input," Andy. Hutchinson Park it is. We'll have the Park District keep the sprinklers on day and night so that the grass will be nice and green for you.

Is there enough time for us to plant rice in there?

They say the mosquitoes will be early this year due to the warmer winter we just had.

This is looking better and better...

The swamp it is. Where did this idiot ever get the idea that he was going to get anywhere near the summits, anyway?

Hint -- the tiny specks of men up on those rooftops waaay over there have absolutely the best binoculars in the world, like looking through the Palomar Telescope, and that's just for starters.

Feel your hair standing on end? That is called a "survival reflex." It's telling you "Stay the hell away from there."

"The officer fired two shots into the car, grazing the vehicle's driver in the head after he pinned the cop against a fence in the parking lot..."

Now, that is what you call "accurate defensive shooting under, uh, stress." I wasn't there, but I can see maybe he only had one hand available, too.

I gotta give him this -- maybe the curved auto glass deflected the shot a little, and that's practically impossible to figure even in a ballistics lab, let alone with someone trying to crush you. Copper was as dead on as you can get, and otherwise, at this range, the idiot's brains woulda been all over the headliner.

At any rate, he sure put a stop on things and saved himself, and the suspects were arrested. I hope the officer is OK.

Give the officer a medal.

Give the offender life w/o possibility of parole. Like the sheet says, "INELIGIBLE."

Look at that word for twenty years or so until it sinks in.

"INELIGIBLE."

This just keeps happening. I think it comes from DVDs or something. Too many of these hibbity-jibbity little a__holes using cars as weapons these days. "Occupy" and other obvious targets, take note.

There are robbers here who'll murder an old woman, throw her down a flight of concrete stairs while escaping with a Iphone. Vicious gang members with guns who attack even uniformed police officers in marked cars. "Flash mobs" who come boiling up out of the subway from the south and west side ghettoes, crazy to loot stores and snatch purses and savagely beat passers-by on the street.

That is on a regular day.

I don't care what it says on your T-shirt; a lot of these people were raised by wolves, and are much better with their fists than they are at reading.

Get real, four-eyes. Don't expect any "power handshakes," any "solidarity against the oppressor."

It was so funny watching our street dealers rip you off when you all came here in 1968. "Y'all wait heah. I be right back."

AAAAhahaha. The mark is making peace signs and clenched fists and saying "Right on!" as they run around the corner with his money.

Because you're deliberately coming here to "use any tactic" and start a riot, we'll naturally be under orders to hold in a line and secure an area; if someone snatches your expensive "whole world is watching" camera or knocks your teeth out for not giving them a cigarette, the station is over that way.

Go file a report.

I gotta agree with a couple of the comments here that working these side jobs is not a good thing.
And before I go any further, let me state that I am very thankful that the P.O. is alright though I do wish his attacker was slabbed out right now.
This advice is primarily geared to the younger guys. The older guys that are dealing with kids college bills didn't plan. You can!
You don't need every new electronic gadget that comes along and is also accompanied by high monthly plan payments.
You don't need a new ride that comes not only with high payments but also has insane insurance bills. My old saying was, "if you've got a big dick, you don't need a fancy car", lol.
You don't need the fancy toys.
You need a good financial plan. You need to max your deferred. You need a Roth plan also. You want a 2nd job? Write one ticket or anov or make an arrest for each and every court key once a month and then check the money box and invest it in a side fund or stick it under your mattress. You don't need to be super cop to do that. Consider it one gold star for you and your life and not one for the "CPD Gipper" if you are concerned about perception.
You can get out in twenty if you play it right or go for the max with the final nine being a good standing member of the KMA club.
Just quit these ghetto store side jobs," juice? Juice? Cigarettes?" and being bouncers in bullshit trouble attracting joints.
Most of all, stay safe

If Daley hadn't carved a big 'X' in Miegs Field in the dark of the night, getting dignitaries to and from McCormick place would be one f*ck of a lot easier.

How hard would it be to repave the runways? Or is it turned into a park already? I don't go downtown so I wouldn't know.

WTF.

Excellent job done by this officer. He reacted exactly as needed to save his own life and defeat the aggressive and deadly actions by these scumbag gangbangers who were intent on killing a police officer.

The dept made it a condition of being on a tact or gang team to have riot gear.

Any other spots are gonna have to get it based on "first issue".

Next.

OT:

Time for the chaos to begin on Monday. New transfer order to be out this afternoon. All det's to report to their new areas. Nothing about start times, assignments, nothing. Lots of desk det's pissed as hell because Area desks will not be manned by det's anymore. Decade or more desk jockeys to be hitting the pavement--are they going to retread people who don't even know how to do an arrest report? I see lots of people hitting the medical.

Homicide spots are already filled with the guys who've been there, so that leaves everyone to do general assignments? Do we even have that many RBT cases?

Can't wait to see no cars, no computers, no supplies, no parking.....this is going to be like a circus crossed with an insane asylum.

3/01/2012 03:50:00 PM

Do we have that many RBT cases?
Are you a Detective?
Come to Area Two (or whatever the fuck they want to call it now) we have moret than plenty RBT cases for you.

This is what the real city of Chicago looks like.

Until you get a mayor that has the balls to admit there is a problem, people gonna keep on getting dead.

You need more police and a plan. COMSTAT can't fix that.

Stay safe out there...

OT: I heard from a friend of mine at who works at the academy that the department is purchasing all the riot gear for G8 for everyone who is assigned to the academy. So the city says it won't buy ger for tact units who are tier 1, but they have the money to buy for everyone assigned to academy (instructors, range, TARA, carbine, ect.)

3/01/2012 10:26:00 AM

Quit your bitching. The academy instructors have special training and will be used as leaders during the demonstrations. Now go out and by your riot gear and be ready, son.

3/01/2012 04:58:00 PM

That's some funny shit!!! Academy people having special training. I will say there are some that are very good, but the rest are afraid to be out in th estreet and are just hiding out. They couldn't teach pre-school. As far as leaders, they are P.O.'s, they can't give you any orders and I would listen if they did.

I'm really looking forward to 019 shutting down.

2 M1's tried to stronarm their way into my neighbours condo 2 days ago in the 600 blk W Wrightwood.

I got faster help ( I saw the Fuckers and called 911) from my neighbor...works for Revenue.......and waited 15 minutes for a PO to show up.

If it was battery in progress or worse...the neighbour could have been dead by the time you kids got to us in 019.

And its a 'slow/retirement district."

3/01/2012 08:34:00 PM"

Are you a RAHM TROLL City Worker?

Maybe you can see now there are not enough cops anymore since Daley II and RAHM haven't been hiring enough cops for years now.

Don't you think these assholes know when our manpower is at its weakest point? I don't live or work in 019. I work on the West Side, and we knew as soon as the MSF and TRU cars were gone we would get the shootings.

It's going to get worse, but don't worry, the All Mighty RAHM statistically at least it will make it appear to go down and cost less even though your taxes will go up and protection goes down.

--3/01/2012 09:53:00 PM

Yeah, he's a busy guy. Two seconds on the Web turns up --

"Last fall the home of anti-war activist Andy Thayer was raided by the FBI, in relation to an investiagtion on "material support for terrorism."

"Andy Thayer is co-founder of the Gay Liberation Network (www.GayLiberation. net), a Chicago-based LGBT direct action group..."

There must be a living in all this somewhere, huh?

"Who would have guessed he lives in Rogers Park."

It's the Heartland Cafe crowd...

"I love Rogers Park. For all its flaws and shortcomings, its diversity, its vibrance, its grass roots history, its proximity to the lake. Hell, I even love the crazies wondering [sic] the streets and crowding under the el stop underpasses."

http://www.chicagoreader.com/chicago/heartland-cafe-rogers-park-fundraising-overdraft/Content?oid=2525643

Amazing how they can produce reams of this material without once using the word "crime."

Oh -- these people used to collect old chairs, sofas, and furniture and put them in the dark "L" underpasses nearby to encourage loitering. It was like some kind of Mad Max set for a gang rape/cannibalism movie -- all you needed was some fires flickering, bones laying around, etc. I wonder if the city finally cleaned this out.

The muggings and shoplifting were so bad that the nice organic/bulk food store on Morse Avenue had to close -- so did the Jewel there.

Now that a "food desert" had been created by criminals, the Dominick's at Pratt and Ridge began running a shuttle bus from this spot to their store. You should have seen the people grabbing stuff until their jackets were bulging and running out of the store, things falling out.

Dominick's very quietly discontinued the bus service...

Love those "crazies!"

Two Attempted Murder Charges approved. That will keep them (2) locked up a good 2 or 3 years. We can all feel good and safe now, knowing they will be back on the streets soon.....

Btw, these latin king urban terrorist jags were from 008 and the near burbs. came to 010 to f**k off and just bring their s**t to the little village area.

The video should be shown on tv to show the public how these punks act. These "tough guy" pussies cry like little bitches when they are caught, but will kill you in a heart beat on the street. There should be public outrage and penalties should be extreme.

Concealed carry should be passed. Only then will the violence be reduced. I hope to see this before I retire. It would save the tax payers a ton of money from Police involved shooting settlements. John/Jane Q. Public have the right to defend themselves. The Courts don't believe Police Officers do....

I AM A COP!!!

Hey, if that's really you, glad to know you're going to be okay.

Just remember, much as you may love this job, the Department does not love you back. The only one who can take care of you is you, so please take the time to heal properly and don't rush back to work. Been there, done that. Your friends will still be there, even if you take the extra couple of weeks to get back to 100%. DO NOT RUSH IT.

A few weeks ago, an "old school" S.D. from the burbs and his friend decided to eat there after attending a local "rave" party. They did not know the area and only one went home alive that night. Mr "Old School" got his friend kilt. Guess you shouldnt boast about what a suburban bad ass gang banger that you are huh? Tough lesson to learn......

Yeah, they can expect a couple-three years in Div. 10 probably, as the continuances grind and grind away. Look on the bright side, though; I don't think they walk, not on this. Bus to NRC at Stateville and from there a good long bit.
