NBC Fires Producer
Some sort of accountability, but they won't identify who they fired, and there hasn't been any other action against the writers who did the story:
- NBC News has fired a producer for editing a recording of George Zimmerman’s call to police the night he shot Trayvon Martin, a person with direct knowledge of the matter said Saturday.
The person was not authorized to talk about the situation publicly and spoke on the condition of anonymity. The identity of the producer was not disclosed.
An NBC spokeswoman declined to comment.
The producer’s dismissal followed an internal investigation that led to NBC apologizing for having aired the misleading audio.
And if you notice, the New York Times hasn't written anything about the entire incident for a week now. Now why would that be? We don't purport to have any answers, but we can read. This investigation should have been allowed to run it's course without everyone from the president on down pushing agendas, left and right.

If they can be deceptive with the phone call edit, why can't they be deceptive about firing someone?
The damage is already done.
Regardless of what happens now, there is so much misinformation, disinformation, factual inexactitude and plain, outright lies out there.

Even money that this is a carefully managed and leaked story to placate the public's outrage at being lead about by the nose.

In Oklahoma last Tuesday, Bob and Nancy Strait, who had been married for 65 years, had their home broken into by a black teenager (Tyrone Woodfork) unarmed except for a BB gun. The teenager beat and raped the 85 year old Nancy Strait to death. Her husband, a veteran of the 101st Airborne in WW2, is in the hospital struggling to make it.
There will be no million hoodie march for Bob and Nancy, two mere white Americans. Their killer will have pro bono lawyers and innocence projects helping him until he's finally set free again.
Certainly Obama will make no statement on how Nancy Strait could have been his grandmother or how Bob Strait could have been that uncle who "liberated Auschwitz ". Mitt Romney did not pop up to call for a "thorough investigation", reminding us of why Santorum kinda had a point about him.
Bob and Nancy Strait won't get the screeching coverage that Trayvon Martin got about white racism because a Hispanic neighborhood watch captain shot a black teenager.
In fact isn't it sad that you will only find this story in a UK newspaper?

Where is the outrage over the two White Guys shooting five Black men in Tulsa? Three of these innocent people died. Hardly a peep out of the usual chorus of blood thirsty Black "leaders". The Special Prosecutor in Florida has decided to by pass the grand jury and do the investigation herself. Means George Zimmerman will at least escapes a first degree murder charge. My guess he might be charged with some lesser crime and let a jury sort it out. The Black "leadership" will have to put their noose away and wait for another "hate crime". Hey...How about those two sadistic murdering rednecks in Tulsa? Helloooo.... Is anyone home there in Extortion Reverend Land?

Whats there to protest. They've both been arrested and looking at multiple counts. The outcome was to their satisfaction.
When there is a rightful shooting by a 'white' victim, they protest, because it's always about race when the so-called victim is black. The only outcome that is good enough for these people is prosecution, even when shooting is justified (eg.turd Howard Morgan).
BTW, you can't try to make sense when one of the shooters had his father murdered 2 years from the date by a black aggressor and no justice. Obviously the dude snapped.
It's not always black and white. Sometimes it's brown. I hope the producer is not a black man... That would be a law suit times ten. Don't worry we have it worst here in shitcago and crook county. Rest of the country is just laughing at us.

Many U.S voters believe Mr Obamas UNINFORMED PUBLIC COMMENTS in reference to Mr Zimmerman may have played a role in stirring up hatred and creating further racial divide in this Country. The challenge is to bring a nation together Mr President not PUBLICLY CRUCIFY one of its citizen without his right to DUE PROCESS sir...the jury pool has been tainted.
The BPP has an ally in out Attorney General who takes his marching orders from Obummer..They could have put the hammer down on the BPP after the voter intimidation case they had. But instead, they chose to drop the charges placed on the BPP under the Bush administration
My guess is they lied about firing anyone. No names makes that easy, and the MSM routinely lies about most everything else. Why not this?
At worst, they arranged a cushy spot for him somewhere else. Pretty much the way it works in Chicago too. You do the crime family's bidding and they take care of you when you fall on your sword to protect them.

An unknown assailant fired six shots at an empty police patrol car in Sanford Monday morning, only a stone’s throw from the spot where Martin was shot and killed earlier this year. The incident comes not just six weeks after neighborhood watch patrolman George Zimmerman admitted to shooting and killing Martin, a 17-year-old black teenager who was walking to his father’s residence.

Hours after the patrol car was targeted, a group of Trayvon supporters marched to a police department in Sanford cloaked in hooded sweater shirts similar to the one Martin wore when killed.
While the Monday morning shooting or the rally that occurred later in the day did not end in bloodshed, authorities are worried that Sanford might soon become the scene of a massive revolt as residents continue to demand justice for Trayvon. Three Florida counties have opened emergency operation centers and have activated them to Level II status, the same degree used in the state when they’re expecting a hurricane, reports ABC News.
Outside of Florida, however, others are worried that violent outbursts will spread across the country. So far, they might be right.
Last week an elderly man from East Toledo, Ohio said that both white and black teenagers accosted him, then brutally attacked him in retaliation for the murder of Martin. Across the state in Columbus, a pro-Zimmerman message of support was spray painted on the walls of a university campus. This week, George Zimmerman himself has launched an official website asking for donations for his legal defense from supporters.

This citizen troller does not believe anyone was fired over this media fraud, another in the history of NBC News. I will bet that everything NBC said in this matter is also made up. Its just jive talk. Exposing the truth does not work for major media outlets unless it fits the editorial template. This case is no different. I can read on the net five stories in the news in any city on any subject. I do not need NBC, ABC or CBS to name only three to tell me what the national news is.
The media wants to start a race war and its already underway. People are protesting against Zimmerman. the more they protest, the more I side with him. Its too bad that Martin died.
Zimmerman has been charged now. Will he be convicted? Who knows. But if not, there will be a lot of protesting. I am getting a gun.
