An observant reader noted that Rahm's speech last week told gang bangers to "take it to the alley" and "keep it away from the kids."
They followed Rahm's advice and ended up beating a crippled man to death who was just picking cans up and then put the video on YouTube.
We assume this will be part of the defense strategy.

Note to Rahm Emanuel: I don't want vicious, violent criminals plying their trade in my alley any more than I want them doing so in front of my home, on my corner, at my grocery store or in my library.
I pay ridiculously high property taxes to be able to safely take out my garbage or walk my dog in this city, at any hour of the day or night, on the parkway or in the alley.
Hire some police officers and stop playing your sick games with the lives of the citizens of this city.

Rahmbo has to be soooo pissed at FOX. They also had a great segment on Special Report on Friday. Reporter rode along with Ric Flair...and almost did a McStarbright by nearly walking through spent casing on the scene of a shooting. Bet News Affairs got their ass kicked for letting the ride along happen.

It's too hot near the cool water at the beach = gang bangers are out of control and attacking innocent civilians, so we had to shut down those beaches.

Take it to the alley = I'm too stupid to realize that crime moving somewhere else is still crime and a horrible thing that needs to be stopped and not shifted.
The city is safe and wildings are random = It's out of control and I don't understand why the cameras I spend millions on don't jump down and stop criminals.
The cameras are for the children = I'm going to stick it to the citizens for every penny I can squeeze out of them and use children as an excuse even though speed bumps would be more effective and everyone knows it.
The Taste is the best yet = I just can't tell them the truth about this so I'll throw bullshit numbers at them just like I do with crime statistics.

the location code on case reports for "alley" was just eliminated from the database, so...any crimes (homicide, shootings, sex assaults, robberies, etc.) that occur in an alley.......poof! don't exist any more, and crime goes down! voila!

Rahm is clueless. He only knows how to steal from the public and stab tables pretending to be a little tough guy. This crime situation is way beyond his ability level and he hired a boob from NY who is just a clueless.

listen rahm, i too pay a lot for property taxes and i don't feel i'm getting my money's worth in this city. i am in a desirable neighborhood even and if there isn't any significant change i am done with this city. i used to take advantage of the beautiful things this city HAD to offer, but now there are all kinds of wildings everywhere. please hire more police and don't let this city get ruined just because you have little man's complex
