Where Exempts Come From
A testicle-eating fish was reportedly found in Lake Lou Yaeger in Litchfield, Illinois.
A fish with teeth, called a 'pacu,' was found in the lake, according to Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
According to KSDK, a fisherman caught a Pacu back on June 7th, while another man caught a pacu ten days later. While a Pacu poses no real threat to humans, Metro.co.uk reported two local men died in the river, after their testicles were eaten by a pacu fish.
And then we discovered that certain high-ranking exempts owned land in and around the Lithcfield area, prior to being made gold stars. And they had other ambitious lieutenants, captains and XO's over for a visit prior to them also being made exempt. So there seems to be a pattern, perhaps a secret initiation? It would certainly explain the completely docile attitude on display weekly at the CompStat meetings.

Lietenant John Finnegan died last week.
AKA: Willie the Whale from the 025 Gallows days.
He used to fish with his Boy Scouts at that lake all the time.
Now we know why he spoke with such a high voice !!!!

A little wonder why.
I was just swimming up there the other day. I felt a little irritation in the groin area but attributed it to the cheap trunks I had picked up at farm and fleet. To my suprise when I dried off I found two dead pacu in my shorts. Evidently they broke their jaws on my sack.
Signed, Sgt and Lt by test score .... exiled to patrol for 27 years and never going to be exempt......and Now stuck doing the hack captain's job.
Can't wait to retire!

Speaking of Old Country Buffet, be advised that the one that was located at 31st Street and Cicero Ave. in Cicero has closed it's doors permanently with no good-byes or explaination. They even removed the signs from the building.

Did the exemepts even have any testicles to begin with?
To the guy who mentioned Beavers was the Police apparently he never knew the king of the dog asses. When he worked in 004 Ya he had a star but it wasnt used for any police work.
Planning to retire soon with both testicles in tact,they're large but I seem to do alright sitting on them daily,sometime my wife allows me to take them to work,sometimes she takes them to work with her,but either way they are mine and we share!
