When did the city start Ticketing Expired Plate vehicles for No parking anytime? I know its in the Ordinance for 9-76-160F..but damn...that's kind of harsh.
And from what my neighbor told me...it was a Revenue Guy on a Bike.

Funny, there's a pay box inside the 016 station where you can pay your tickets, but it rarely works. I would bet there aren't any pay boxes in 007 or 011, am I right? Anybody know? How about 002 or 003?

Mcarthy just proves that the NYPD can succeed regardless of who is running the show just by the sheer number of Cops. And he proves the Cops on the street is what makes the difference, not the bosses. In NYC, he depended hugely on the resources and agression of the specialized units, it is amazing he is against the now in Chicago. He was easily replaced in NY, he fizzled out in Newark, and now that he is facing a real test in Chi, his tru colors are showing. He is all smoke and mirrors. What you guys must realize is NYC has ballsless police unions that allow Cops to be bullied around and abused and persecuted for not jumping through hoops. So when you have a huge force of manpower and can basically use them however you want anybody can get results. With limited resources and an apparent equal supply of useless boobs as NYPD has, he is not proving as impressive in Chicago as he thinks he is.
