ANOV Time?

The pilot admits it was pretty much happenstance they stumbled on it, but a good job recognizing it for what it was:
  • The lush crop of pale green plants growing in neat rows on the far South Side was, by one estimate, just days from being ready to harvest.

Unfortunately for the grower, Chicago Police got there first — and spent Wednesday hacking away at what’s thought to be among the city’s largest marijuana operations discovered growing outdoors.

The crop, spotted by a Cook County sheriff’s officer on a routine helicopter patrol Tuesday, might be worth as much as $10 million on the street, police said.
$10 million? Cut it, dry it, package it, sell it, fund the Helicopter Unit.

Oh no, the sky is falling! Why in the world is this stuff still illegal? No one has ever died as a result of ingesting the stuff, and it has proven anti-cancer properties that are just being recognized. Wasting precious time and manpower on enforcing these outdated laws borders on incompetent. And no, I do not use the stuff myself.

The answer to the cities financial problems is staring them right in the face and yet they will set it up in flames.

However if they legalize and tax the drugs making it a legit business, then the political apparatus loses the crisis tool that they use to exploit, to justify and enhance their own social economic well being while building their empires.

It's hard to ask for more cops on the beat, more taxes to pay for them if the violence and drug problems go away. Why it will hurt growth! If there's no growth then how will we justify clouted promotions of their friends to Sargent, Lieutenant, and Captain?

How can we motivate the masses if we lose the gang violence fear tool, the drugs fear tool. Fear is a powerful motivator. Fear put people like Hitler, Stalin, and a list of many others into power.

We need to use that fear like we use "the children" speeches for more money, more control, more power.

Stop with the fear already.

This drug battle is bankrupting us but for the clouted ones it is working out so well they want to expand it to fear of firearms!

We can't control the drugs what makes anyone think that we can control the firearms.

We refuse to even control the flow of illegal immigrants because they need new ponzi's to keep this economic growth ponzi scam going. Hell we even run guns down to the drug cartels to keep the fear scam going.

We don't want to stop the violence, stop the gangs. We want to leverage them for profits. We want to make it look like we care that's all. It's all about looks not actions.

Not a single politician will connect the dots on what our Illegal Immigration lack of enforcement policy is doing to our health care system/cost.

Not a single politician will connect the dots on what the thousands of shootings in Chicago is doing to our health care system/cost.

Instead, the politicians want to cut health care benefits for the people that worked and earned them though pensions and social security.

Who's the winners? Big corporate pharma. Insurance and government subsidies are blowing cost of health care out of this world.

Over the last ten years health care costs have exploded at an average annual rate of over 9% per year! Has our paychecks grown by that amount? Has our health care insurance max. coverage grown by that amount? Nothing has.

Just keep importing more illegal immigrants and let the shootings continue so that we can use them as tools to support big pharma's profits and big politicians ego's.

Follow the money. Wake the eff up.

WALLAH!!!
Millions of money into city and state funds, allowing hiring of more police and other benefits.
Making the dealers sell theirs at compeditive prices, they will go out of business, gangs will cut back due to availability of "NOW LEGAL" drugs and may move out of city. Stop harboring illegals, cut back on public aid and in no time the city, county and state will have a surplus of money.

OT have you seen where they are going to be putting school zone cameras. They are starting to put down school zones in white paint on streets before and after schools so they can say that there are notices of school zones. Start looking and you'll probably start noticing more and more of them around.
