There's a Joke Here Somewhere
- A Springfield, Illinois priest remains on a leave of absence after a bizarre emergency and a call to 911.
It was just days ago that the now infamous 911 call was released to the Illinois Times newspaper. It's gone viral on the Internet, and people all over the world want to know what Father Tom Donovan of St. Aloysius Church was doing November 28 with handcuffs and a mask with a gag. The police report also notes he was wearing an orange jumpsuit at the time.
Father Donovan asked for a leave of absence, according to diocese spokeswoman Kathie Sass.
We're pretty sure some old timers have similar, if not funnier stories though.

Now that's funny! Another priest another sex scandal! No wonder so many at turning away from the Catholic Church! Let them marry and have kids maybe this shit would slow down or prayerfully stop!
I seem to recall a certain Chicago Cardinal who was robbed in Bughouse Square late at night decades ago while "tending to the flock." He later went on to be the target of a federal investigation involving the alleged misuse of church funds.

The only thing that surprises me about this story is that it didn't happen in Chicago!
the percentage of sexually degenerate Catholic priests is actually lower than all other professions. constant bombardment from the media and hollywood has warped people's perceptions. and they have done this for a reason
And those of us who conducted "Operation Angel" missions years ago; How many priests did we give a pass to? I'll let you just imagine.

Don't think marrying and having kids is going to stop them from fucking them. I could care less if a priest was/is gay. They lost me with regards to the kid molesting.

True dat about Hosea Sanders. I believe it was two cousins he took home to play with that ripped him off. He took a leave of a absense from his job right after for "personal reasons". Narcotics was called in to help this goof out. Ask any guy who worked in OCD at the time and they'll tell you.
Funny how that story never made the news.

Really? They are pretty much a criminal organization from their WWII rat line to the pedophilia that they refuse to face while protecting the offender priests instead of turning them over to law enforcement. The examples are too many, but you keep drinking their KoolAid and giving them your cash so they can pay off those victims' families.
No mystery here. It's just old Kuffs the Klown practicing for his next visit to the pediatric ICU. Geesh!
