Gun Survey
The papers are spouting off about some gun survey commissioned by an anti-gun group that purports to show an 80% majority support tougher gun laws and magazine restrictions based on a ridiculously small sample size and biased questions. Todd Vandermyde blasts the survey and we aren't linking to it as we happen to agree it's just a propaganda piece.
You want to see a real survey, check this one out. 15,000 verified law enforcement members give their opinion on gun "control." These are the men and women who see the direct results of what is passed by the legislature. A sampling (click on the pictures for larger images):

Great survey! Too bad the larger public doesn't get to see it. The media reads the blog, but we all know they won't publish the report. If anyone can tell you what should be done about firearms, it's law enforcement. The survey says it all and I agree with the majoriety on every question. Democrats always hurt the honest citizen while the criminals do whatever they want with no fear of punishment or armed good guys.
Who are the 2.7% Yes and the 1.6% Unsure responses coming from?

CBS5AZ.com has an article about the survey on today's web site. You might not see the Chicago media report this story but the same is not true about other cities. Of course there is a comment from a anti-gun person saying the survey is flawed because only 15000 LEOs participated but they keep using the 90% argument for back round checks even though only 1000 people were in that survey.

I think I'm going to trust the men and women in blue who have firsthand experience with gun violence and culture over a group who surveyed 900 out of the 12 MILLION residents in Illinois and called their conclusions an "overwhelming majority."
It's really sad that most people won't bother looking at how the stats were obtained, or who did the obtaining and factor that into their opinions. Common sense is a lost art.
Rahm & peckerwinkle will allow concealed carry. Those who do will only be allowed to carry an unloaded revolver with one bullet in their pocket of choice.
