Why do I suspect that the 'dirty tricks' plug the leaks, of the new and improved Democrats in the White House, is going to somehow have originated with the then chief of staff Rahm Emmanuel? Style follows function or function follows style?

Okay, went to blues fest with the wife last nite and was actually hit by someone on a segway on the sidewalk when we were leaving. No noticable injury but why in the hell are they allowed to cruise on the sidewalks!? Then I look around and see not only segways but tour groups of bicycles and those stupid bike taxis also on the sidewalk as thousands of people are trying to leave the fest! I thought bicycles, skateboards and the like are prohibited on sidewalks. Who is the aldermanic idiot that allows this in the central business district? There were police standing on every corner but no one was saying anything to these trains of segways and bikes. Makes alot of sense to spend millions on bike lanes and still allow them on the sidewalk! And isn't a segway actually a motorized type of bicycle and yet they are allowed to fly along the sidewalks without any rules. WTF! A lawsuit waiting to happen. Not a leo.
