Tio's Problems Continue
- Anti-violence group CeaseFire is dropping leader Tio Hardiman after his arrest last Friday on a domestic battery charge.
Cure Violence, the parent organization of CeaseFire which is affiliated with the University of Illinois at Chicago, announced on its website Monday that it will not renew Hardiman’s contract when it expires June 30.
We'll just say, "Hahaha" to that part.
Next, Mrs. Tio's lawyer is making it look harder and harder for Tio to claim it was a misunderstanding, an accident or anything close to making Tio look good:
Next, Mrs. Tio's lawyer is making it look harder and harder for Tio to claim it was a misunderstanding, an accident or anything close to making Tio look good:
- The wife of former CeaseFire director Tio Hardiman has been living "in fear" since she was "beaten like an animal" by her husband, her attorney told reporters outside the Maywood courthouse today.
Ferdinand Serpe made the comments after his client, Alison Hardiman, was granted a protection order that prohibits Tio Hardiman from having any contact with his wife and requires that he surrender any firearms he has. Judge Terence MacCarthy was told Tio Hardiman plans to move to an apartment in Maywood owned by his wife.
There's a list of injuries, she has doctors' appointments, we don't doubt that photos will be released at some point. She's playing this one for all it's worth - so far. It doesn't mean a thing until she's sworn in in front of a jury.

Just who is Mrs. Tio Hardiman?
She'll back down and disappear in the end, as a trial date nears...they always do.
uh.............. is it really important to note that she was wearing a green skirt with matching handbag? Good lord, did this reporter go to fashion school that he would be worried what she wore to court?
Glad to see that Tio was walking out hand in hand with Jeff Forts daughter.
He must not have shared his share of the million bucks with her.
Please forgive me but if I'm correct,he has a prior (class x) felony conviction. This does not include the prior misdemeanor domestic violence conviction.

"Tio Hardiman plans to move to an apartment in Maywood owned by his wife."
If you're living in fear, why are you letting him live in one of your apartments? Idiot. Nollied at court for sure.
You can take the tio out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of tio.
If anyone cares look up TIO"S(AKA tito)
Voter registration!
Dont worry Rahm does not mind you are only keeping the city safe from Domestic!
If I were Mrs. Hardiman's attorney I would certainly keep my guard up.
I want to know why he is still receiving his salary. If this happened to me and I got "let go" from my job, my paycheck would go bye bye.
somehow, ms. hardiman and her lawyer will file a lawsuit againt the city of chicago, and ceasefire. those of you in the know can speculate on what the angle will be, but i feel that she smells a reward coming because tio worked as a city sponsored employee.....and after she gets her ghetto lottery money, she and tio will live happily ever after.
Tio also supposedly had a religious awakening while in lock up. Now that he has lost his job he can become a play reverend and be eligible for millions in city/state grants that he won't have to share with gary slutkin!
O.J. Told me that he has a few lawyer friends that can help out. Does the glove fit?
On another note, this just brings residency to light. I still don't see why CPD has to live in the city to solve/fight crime but Tio got to live in Hillside and he could do his job. What has living in the city got to do with fighting crime in the city? When I was in the U.S. Navy you had to live no more than 30 miles from the base. No town requirements nor any state requirements. The idea was you had to live close by in case something happened this way you had time to get to work. Made sense to me and most were ok with the policy.
How is it that I live three blocks from Evergreen Park (live in 022) and work in 009 which is like 6 miles away and that's ok, yet I could work in 020 and travel to work and that's ok? I could live in EP and work in 022 which is super close???
So I live in 022, work in 009 and I am supposed to care about 009 any more or any less that if I lived in EP and worked in 009? Think about it. Does someone who lives in 022 who works in say 014 really give a shit about that district anymore than someone who lives in EP and works there? It's the same difference.
I am just bringing up a moot point after Tio's arrest. It was apparent he did his job and lived outside Chicago.
Serpe??!!! Awesome, He is a good man and loves the police
it means nothing to US now but its good to see his name
I disagree. Fashion is very important.
Now, kees me you fool!!!!
Carrie Austin did not like Sen. Kirk's suggestion about locking up the gangs. Said a stroke may have influenced his thought process. Maybe Congressman Jessie Jackson Jr. or his wife Alderwomen Sandi Jacks...........OOPS -Sorry I forgot. They're going to prison next month.
He keeps saying he is innocent, why doesn't someone from the media ask him how his wife got all those bruises, fat lip, etc. Oh yah, stupid me, the mainstream media!!!!
why was jeff fort sister with him in court?smell the connection?1968 ring a bell.fort was convicted for ripping the taxpayers off for a "million" dollars.de ja vu.
So Rahm gave a mill to Tio, and now he'll give that mill to Mrs. Hardiman.
Great.
Slightly O/T:
Speaking of trash...
Alderfool Brookins wants to whack people with a $1500.00 fine and an impound for tossing litter from vehicle windows...
Can you see Joe Shithead coughing up a fine plus towing for a raggedy-assed Olds Aurora worth $300.00?
Actually... Take Joe Shithead's ride and give him the phone number and address to "Brokens" ward office and his city hall hidey hole...
Stand back and watch the fun!
Not to worry the urban translator or the plumber will reach out to the Chief Judge Evans and this will all go away.
So Rahm gave a mill to Tio, and now he'll give that mill to Mrs. Hardiman.
Great.

Ya, and it's "our" mill too.

Not surprised. These criminals only understand violence and verbal intimidation. Look at how they speak to their kids at stores. Disgusting.
I thought everyone beat their wives... No? That's what I see in the hood everyday. If I beat my wife and she sues the city and wins, but we get back together, does she have to give the money back? Tio's couple is running some sort of a scam, only time will tell. Long live the hood! My family has lived proud and well for 3 generations thanks to these hoods. Weather is warming up, let the carnage begin!
