Reclassify?
What's this nonsense rumor?
- McCarthy has told all Area Detective Commanders to separate any murders caused by rioting. The CHRIS system is being updated to include a "Riot" motive. The Dicks will then assign a new AA records division number to these homicides to separate them from the standard HW homicides.
The fear is that any homicides resulting from a not guilty verdict in the Zimmerman trial will push the city's homicide numbers above 2012 homicides. McCarthy thinks this will unfairly impact his police policies/strategies and wants to group homicides caused by rioting away from the regular violent crime stats.
The Area District Commanders are responsible for insuring that all homicides are properly classified.
Any detectives care to chime in?

I call BS on this one. Changing the motive doesn't mean anything. Even if you give it a different RD#, a homicide is still a homicide. Just ask Chalkie.

Reclassify
Yes lets create sub-headings under homicide and sub-headings under sub-headings. Bernie Madoff did the same thing, took peoples money and gave them made up statements.

If your results don't match your conclusion, change the results.
Last time I checked, dead is dead and homicide is homicide. No matter if Zimmerman is found innocent (which he is) or guilty, the south and west side will go up for grabs. They love an excuse to burn down their neighborhoods.

Should've not followed him. Cry me a river. I'm no big fan of either one of them but he had no business following Martin and there are men all over this country that would have lumped him for following them. Zimmerman is no American hero. Give me a break. Stand your ground should add don't follow a 17year old around if he can give you the floo flops.
Wow did any one miss that supervisor up north going crazy over a sup package he closed streets and need to be taken to lake shore hospital. You sounded like a mental over the air. and after all that it was only the bus stop stand ticking away can we say stupid do yourself a favor just retired.
Even if Mr. Zimmerman is found not guilty, the Justice (sic) Department will run this man into the ground with civil rights violation charges, and the Martin family will finish the job with civil suits. The poor man doesn't stand a chance.

Have to say I agree the poor man is NOT being given a fair trial.. YET every station is doing it 24/7.. first they class him as a WHITE male well if he's WHITE so is OBAMA.. and that is where the problem lies..WHERE are the HISPANIC'S where is their outrage??? This MAN is 1/2 HISPANIC..Seems they want somone like RUBIO to run cause he's LATINO but they don't want to defend one of their own.. makes me wonder about my grandkids future since they are part Latino and part White..
Any truth to the States Attorney from Orlando, Angela Corey, being indicted by a Grand Jury for falsifying an arrest warrant against Zimmerman ?

He wanted to be recognized as white at first. Now that racial tensions are high, he all of a sudden doesn't appear white anymore. Now he's a chunky hispanic looking guy.
So don't make it riot/mob related. Simply state the victim was on the street when he was approached by the offender(s) and shot/stabbed/bludgeoned/pummeled etc.
Unless the entire riotous crowd kills the victim(s) it will suffice to say that offenders separated from the mass violence and chose to murder the victim. That should separate it as an unrelated event since the offender(s) separated themselves from the riot and took a separate course of action. Problem solved and Garrygoof is still embarrassed by his continued failures.

Truer words were never spoken. They will insure a guilty verdict, if not for 2nd degree murder then manslaughter. The sentences are almost the same, give a few years
If acquitted, Holder will bring civil rights charges against him and he will do more time for the civil rights charges The max on civil rights violations can be up to life

What world are you in? First, no way he will be acquitted, then even if the CCW is passed, it will take a minimum opf 6 months to a year to get the permits issued. What do you think is going to happen, the pass the law and the next day everyone is carrying a gun.
