National Ammo Day
A holiday that had fallen by the wayside in recent years due to the massive shortages of popular calibers. Today is National Ammo Day, however, and all are encouraged to go out and get a couple boxes. Besides aiding the economy, we can all use the practice.

OT: Don't forget. The monthly general meeting is tomorrow at noon. Hear Shields tell you about your non-existent retro. Your non-existent pay raise for 2012. Hear him tell you how his hand picked committee found him not guilty.
Come out and blast this little prick. He needs to go and he needs to go now.
Don't forget the sideshow. Watch the fat retired canine (have you seen my dog) suckass defend him to the death. It's gonna be interestin to say the least.
Hey, you should be a federal law enforcement officer, they get plenty of ammo for practice; anywhere from 590 rounds per officer to 730 rounds per officer per year and that is for the social security administration and fisheries office. For customs and secret service? Well, they get 1,384 round per officer, per year. The source if the NRA.
Hi! It's me, Police Superintendent Garry Mc Twitter celebrating National Ammo Day! Hey young hair gels, next time time you see me, ask me what ammo is the best for streetlights!
November 19th is also Have A Bad Day Day.
The intent is to have sales people stop saying to their customers "have a good day", and replace it with "have a bad day".
I shit you not, Have a Bad Day Day is a copyrighted holiday.
Bought some and didn't even know it was a holiday.
I think DHS is getting all the ammo. Obama's own private army.

Yea yea yea another bitch session! Nothing will change except for coppers blood pressure!
Anyone know where I can purchase .357 and .380 rounds? I called around and the shops either have one or the other, but not both of them at the same store.
Pssst.... Still have one case of 223/556 for $750. Sold off my M-4 when the market got hot and most of my ammo at these prices.
Good luck finding any in Democommunist Chicagoland-Crook County-Commienois. Think thats bad? Wait till these Commies start doin the same thing with food. Then you'll starve if u disagree with the Regime. Not as far fetched as u might think. Remember when the auto Dealerships that gave to the Repub. Party got ran out of Business by oilbama ?

I'm going to have my own holiday...
Have a BAD ASS DAY!
Like Steve McQueen.
Remember: Boxes of ammo make great stocking stuffers for Christmas.
I have plenty on hand.
Hey Pistol Pete,
I just visited Cabela's in Hoffman Estates. They had .380 and .357 in stock on the shelves, although the .357 was dwindling fast.

True Dat!!
Don't forget to have your suburban friends check the ammo sites for some excellent deals. They usually hold a huge online sale between Christmas and 1st of the year. Much cheaper than walmart. Be safe
Cabela's ammo prices are nuts. GAT GUNS on Route 25 just north of I90 has tons of ammo at good prices.

That's about 30 cents a round too much. Nothing like trying to rip off your friends. Going rate for 5.56 is about 42-47 cents a round ($420-$470 a case)
If you think ammo is expensive, price simple white square or round cotten gun cleaning patches.
Why the hell are they so expensive for such a simple procuct?
Anyone know where to get a good deal on a bunch for cleaning pistols?
